POSITION SUMMARY The Staff Augmentation Technician will serve as a dedicated technical partner to the client's internal IT team, providing expert support across their Microsoft cloud environment. This role focuses on high-level escalation assistance, environment oversight, strategic guidance, and project collaboration. The engineer will identify improvement opportunities, advise on best practices, and support operational initiatives that enhance security, efficiency, and productivity within the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a full-time temporary position supporting a single client. The initial assignment is anticipated to last six months. Deep expertise in Azure AD/Entra, Intune, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange Online. Strong troubleshooting ability in a Tier 3 or consulting environment. Excellent communication skills for working directly with an internal IT team. Ability to strike the right balance between hands-on engineering and advisory partnership. Sets up, loads, and runs qPCR equipment using proper pipetting etiquette and techniques, and following a unidirectional workflow for limiting contamination. Medical Technologist -Flow Cytometry (FACS) - (2600001M) Description Position Location: Main Hospital Campus - Flow Cytometry Work Hours - Monday through Friday - 7am-530pm | Every 3rd Weekend Call ScheduleSign on Bonus - $10,000Description: Maintain, troubleshoot, and backup flow cytometry instrumentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly checks. Ensure all quality metrics and controls are within the established ranges. Assist pathologists in the analysis of flow cytometry data. Ensure reagents and other supplies are organized and viable. Assist manager and pathologists with validations as needed. Aide in the collection of bone marrow specimens. Communicate results, instrument problems, and equipment malfunctions in an accurate and timely manner. Support team members and train new technologists. This position requires the technologist to be available for emergency cases one or two weekends per month.
