We are currently hiring for the following location(s): * Dulles South Recreation & Community Center, South Riding, VA Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Carries out daily custodial and maintenance functions to ensure the aquatic facility remains safe and clean, rearranges the pool for specific activities and events, and assists in the execution of special events. * Ensure compliance with and enforce the regulations and rules governing the pool. * Assists with clerical duties, including utilizing scheduling software, and maintains required aquatic facility records. * Provide excellent customer service. * Aids distressed individuals by utilizing rescue techniques and equipment; alerts emergency medical personnel in cases of significant injury; offers emergency care and treatment as required. * It is possible that other essential duties related to the position and department may be performed as required. This position is eligible for a $3,000.00 hiring bonus in accordance with the County's Hiring and Retention Bonus Program. * The work schedule offers flexibility and will necessitate early morning, evening, and weekend availability. Minimum Qualifications Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
