Basically our own boss
Lack of accountability with management,

Doesn't really ceo other than a quarterly video , don't think he'd be too thrilled with his managers

Actually calling the manager in town as my manager sent the job offer to someone else email ,
Pretty low honestly the live to work standards in our community is gone up over 50% and it's going to be tough to keep employees because McDonald's shift managers make as much

I was honest and direct just to land a manual labor job with no skill required other than a great work ethic which is to there benefit
