Essential Duties
Receive, count, and store all incoming merchandise and shop supplies.
Stock and restock bins with assistance from parts salesperson.
Fill and bill material sales as directed by Parts Manager.
Pull parts and other merchandise for orders that need to be delivered.
Clean and box for shipment parts to be returned for credit or exchange; prepare necessary papers and ship to designated consignee.
Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, neat and clearly labeled.
Assist Parts salesperson(s) or Parts Manager in restocking panel.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent.

Essential Duties:
Assists all customers (retail, wholesale, and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls within the first three rings, providing price quotes and other information.
Reviews body shop estimates to be sure parts ordered are accurate and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.

Prepares title documents: purchase, trade, POA, sold.
Submits legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Verifies the correct lienholder is noted before processing title applications.

Verifies Power of Attorney documents are accurate.
Reports status of any missing or problem titles to Processing Manager and follows up with appropriate parties.
Signs over titles to wholesalers who have paid in full.
Prepares and sends funding documents to the lienholder to fund contracts.
Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins.
Provides information to customers, claimants, employees, and sales personnel.
Communicates with county as needed.
Schedules customer meetings.
Prepares UPS shipments.

Experience and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is preferred (Not required).

Experience in Dealership Parts Counter Sales is a plus!
Essential Duties:
Assists all customers (retail, wholesale, and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls within the first three rings, providing price quotes and other information.
Reviews body shop estimates to be sure parts ordered are accurate and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials which need immediate attention.
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
