    Qualification Requirements All Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioners assigned to Correctional Facility must have the minimum experience outlined below: 1. Each Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner shall be in compliance with 8 CCR 5199 standards for both current N95 and Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) medical clearance and annual general respiratory protection training which is to include a request to repeat PLHCP clearance if they develop 1) marked immunocomprompromise or pregnancy which might require great respiratory protection than N95s provide or 2) a health condition which might limit N95 or PAPR use and completion of the annual 8 CCR 5199 Appendix G questionnaire. 5. Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner providing services to the Correctional Facility must be proficient in the English language and be able to communicate effectively with the Correctional Facility. All Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner must be able to speak, understand oral and written communication and write effectively in the English language. Any Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner who fails to meet the minimum qualifications shall not be permitted to perform services. Service Delivery Requirements Under the direction of the Institution CEO/CME or designee, the Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner shall provide services as permitted within the scope of practice for Respiratory Care Practitioner services in accordance with Institution/Facility policies and procedures. The Respiratory Care Practitioner must be able to work in conditions that require all of the following essential functions: a. Perform care consistent with generally accepted evidence based practice; b. Set up equipment and provide instructions for use of equipment for each patient/youth per established policy and procedure; c. Perform complete medical evaluations of patient either during regularly scheduled clinic hours or upon request for consult by either the CEO/CME or designee and make appropriate recommendations for treatment to the referring physician, CEO/CME or designee; d. Maintain all charting on a daily basis. Any chart remaining delinquent for more than ten (10) days could result in termination of this Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner; e. This is a full-time position located in our Sacramento, California office, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and supervising the Marketing Manager. ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE SRBX is a 501(c)6 trade association representing the commercial construction industry with nearly 1,100 member companies. It is one of the oldest and largest membership organizations in the Sacramento region. It also is the parent company of the newly formed Southern California Builders Exchange (SoCal BX). CIEF is a 501(c)3 organization working to empower youth to pursue careers in the built environment. In the 2024-2025 school year, CIEF served nearly 15,000 high school students in five states. CIEF operates a chapter model in other states and also has secondary offices in Irvine, California and Dallas, Texas. The joint organizations serve nearly 25,000 people per year at workforce, business development, and networking events, in addition to providing an online plan room, education and safety training, and government advocacy. At CSD, we don't just change lives-we light them up. About the Opportunity As a Behavior Specialist at CSD, you'll play a key role in supporting children with autism. Using strategies backed by science (called Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA), you'll help kids build important life skills-like communication, social interaction, and daily routines-in their homes, at our centers, or in community settings. You'll follow a personalized plan created by our clinical team and bring energy, compassion, and structure to each session. Whether you're playing games, guiding through tasks, or celebrating a small win, your support helps children grow in big ways. This is a flexible, on-the-go role perfect for someone who's passionate about making a difference and thrives in dynamic environments. Training is provided, and you'll always have support from our experienced clinical leaders. Duties & Responsibilities * Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided. * Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability. * Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability. * Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. * Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services. * Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers * Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes * Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately. * Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions. * Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of: * Daily Treatment Session Notes * Daily Treatment Target Data * Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data. * Keeps updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served. * Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments in special education and related fields. * Attends staff meetings, in-services, trainings, and other meetings as requested. * Additional job duties as assigned Benefits & Perks Starting as a part-time opportunity, you will have an opportunity to grow your career in this purpose-filled industry where you can see results every day. Core responsibilities include: Provide peer support through group facilitation and culturally relevant, educational, social, recreational, and vocational activities. Promote the foundational principles of recovery including hope, empowerment, respect, social connection, self responsibility, and self determination. Integrate wellness and recovery principles into all interactions and service delivery.
