An experienced National Industrial Account Manager will drive positive revenue, volume growth, and innovation through solution selling to large existing customers while also penetrating new accounts. Responsibilities
Profitably grow via exceptional Customer Experience in existing assigned accounts: Build long term loyal relationships with assigned customer base across functions. Grow volume, profit, and customer service KPIs by partnering with the customer, understanding their needs to drive competitive differentiation and innovation, developing and fostering multi-functional/level relationship and representing the voice of the customer at Woodland Gourmet.
Develop Complex Accounts: Present creative solutions and drive innovation with complex accounts navigating through various departments including culinary, R&D, purchasing and operations.
Lead “The Customer Team” internally: Take a leadership role directing the cross-functional team of purchasing, finance, QA, culinary and manufacturing to achieve goals as related to customer solutions and satisfaction. Foster internal team relationships with the equivalent functions at the customer. Work to move customers from transactional to collaborative partner status.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans for strategic & growth accounts. Align with customers to forecast demand effectively and accurately, including leveraging SIOP processes and CRM platforms. Build, retain, and expand relationships and drive innovation with decision makers in key departments.
Leverage Marketing and Insight tools: Work with corporate marketing and approved agencies to build a robust knowledge base of industry. Develop sales and capability decks for assigned customers.
Champion Innovation: Work with the customer and internal teams (marketing, R&D, Culinary, etc) to understand market trends, understand customer needs / gaps to develop innovative, custom solutions offering sustainable competitive advantages with strategic & growth accounts.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree - Food science degree a plus (not required)
5+ years experience in food ingredients or related field. Demonstrated solution selling success across multi-level departments in the industrial food processing channel.

Self-starter, detail oriented, excels managing complex projects

Material Handler/Forklift Operator 2nd Shift

JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. It must maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements. The employee must be able to understand and follow written or verbal instructions and complete work with safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Essential duties and responsibilities
* Use internal software to scan products in and out of locations
* Safe operation of a forklift truck in the movement and storage of product
* Unload/load freight from trucks; weigh and label products by hand and by using a forklift
* Communicate with Management, Production, & Quality Assurance about any discrepancies in product inventory and/or product quality
* Maintain an organized and safe work environment
* Store received product properly for rotation purposes and inventory accuracy
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Prepare products for shipping (boxes or pallets) and process packages through UPS or FedEx
* Inform Shipping and/or Production management about products that need to be repacked
* Inspect equipment used on a daily basis and file reports as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of Forklift (Reach, Sit-down, Stand-up, Cherry Picker) experience, required
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
* High School diploma or GED
* Must have working knowledge of general warehouse operations; Shipping and/or food industry experience a plus
* Must be flexible with hours, possibility for OT
* Ability to lift up to 55lbs (anything over 55 lbs., team lift)
* Must follow all WLF GMP's and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
Skills/Abilities
* Must have computer skills
* Ability to read and write English
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
