As part of our Advocate Central Team, in this role you will play a significant part in developing the next generation Advocate Central application that is a desktop tool used by over 13K customer service advocates in our organization.
It is a new application that is intuitive, smart, and guided.
The end goal is to use machine learning to power automated workflows that are currently being developed.
We are also looking to patent parts of the new application.
As a Full Stack Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for front and back-end development and testing.
Our team is 100% agile and you will be part of a dedicated scrum team and will be required to attend the applicable ceremonies for your team (daily stand-up, planning, refinement, retrospectives).
Experience developing and testing CRM applications – candidates that are product, customer, and engineering centric will be top contenders.
5+ Yrs. experience in at least one scripting language.

The breakdown of the delivery team is 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, 1 UX/UI Engineer, and 5-6 full stack engineers
Responsible to lead & develop front and back-end software on Azure cloud for the Advocate Central team
Responsible to collaborate & actively engage with Scrum teams to develop engineering centric solutions
