Coordinate visiting teams' arrival, especially if they are coming in with dirty laundry that will need to be laundered
Manage laundry chemicals and be proactive when re-stocking becomes necessary
Making sure extra equipment bag is stocked properly for all road trips
Respect and integrity will be heavily emphasized while managing the Clubhouse
Must collect all team-issued uniforms and equipment from any player leaving the team
If a player leaves during a road trip, the Clubhouse Manager is responsible for packing and shipping player's locker belongings to their new team along with any possessions their host family brings to the ballpark

The starting hourly wage for an officer is $25.55 (higher for POST certified lateral officers). Annual cost of living adjustments and additional incentives such as shift differential, holiday pay, and field training officer pay. Overtime assignment opportunities are available. Officers with the Polson Police Department are enrolled in the Municipal Police Officers Retirement System (MPORS).
Following a required amount of time in Patrol, officers have numerous opportunities to move to a different or collateral assignment such as Investigations, Field Training Program, Quick Reaction Force, and the Northwest Montana Regional SWAT Team.
All equipment is provided, to include a take-home vehicle, and all training is paid for. Patrol officers work four ten-hour shifts with three days off per week. Officers are eligible to purchase an annual membership to Polson Bay Golf Course at a reduced rate.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with a high school diploma or equivalent. They must be at least 20 years of age. They also must not have been convicted of a crime in which the person could have been imprisoned in a federal or state prison. Applicants must possess or be eligible for a Montana driver's license. They must be of good moral character, as determined through a background investigation.
Applicants cannot have a dishonorable discharge from the Armed Forces; nor can they have any convictions for misdemeanors involving false statements, perjury, or domestic violence. Other potential disqualifiers include past drug use, inappropriate social media activity, problematic driving or work history, criminal associations, and inappropriate tattoos.
The top qualified applicants will be invited to written and physical testing. The written exam consists of four separately timed sections, with no prior law enforcement knowledge required. Applicants who have taken the exam within six months prior to the application close date and whose scores were proctored by a Montana Law Enforcement Agency can submit those scores instead of retaking the exam. Applicants must complete the Montana Physical Abilities Test (MPAT) which consists of a push/pull activity, dummy drag, and obstacle course within 6:30 minutes. Previously taken MPAT scores from within six months are also accepted.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology or related field required.
Minimum of four (4) years' experience in one (1) of the below required:
Progressive experience with hospital or healthcare operations
Healthcare IT
Equivalent work experience in a relevant field
Healthcare (operational, clinical or IT) work experience
Medical Imaging IT role
Possess leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
Strong understanding of both common software applications (ex. MS Office) and personal computers required. Experience with hospital and clinic application systems (preferably Meditech), application support, implementation experience, database structures/tools, and reporting tools preferred.
Possess project management skills and experience implementing software application systems required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Job Specific Duties:
Provides high quality customer service and end-user support, including, but not limited to; configuring applications, building system tables/dictionaries, creating user access, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with consistent follow-through and timely escalation to vendors and/or leadership as applicable to assigned area(s).
Identifies problems, probable causes, and impact on operations. Reports problems to the appropriate parties, leads the effort to find solutions, and determines the optimal course of action. Independently and/or collaboratively brings issues to a complete resolution.
As applicable to assigned area(s); Exhibits project and implementation skills, including understanding of and participation in planning, design and build, testing, end-user training and cutover and go-live activities as applicable to assigned area(s).
As applicable to assigned area(s); Exhibits knowledge of work plans and manages tasks and timelines. Facilitates group projects toward successful completion of goals, effectively and independently facilitates decision-making with users and leadership in multiple venues and environments as needed.
Assumes full ownership of all outcomes, start to finish. Multitasks and prioritizes tasks utilizing appropriate critical decision-making skills.
As applicable to assigned areas; Exhibits an understanding of the integration between modules and the interaction/impact changes cause within the modules. Assists in the development of interfaces, design, workflow, specification development, table-mapping, and testing. Executes testing in an integrated environment while incorporating quality management concepts.
Exhibits fundamental HIT knowledge and skills including problem-solving, analytical skills, issues management and escalation, change control, production change management, and creation of design specifications or documentation. Exhibits knowledge of hospital and/or clinic workflow and incorporates into problem solving, support, and implementation.
Pursues opportunities for self-development. Stays current with industry trends as they relate to job responsibilities.

Additional Location Details
This role supports critical clinical and operational systems, requiring close collaboration with on-site teams. Limited remote flexibility is available; however, this position should be considered primarily on-site and candidates must reside in Montana or relocate prior to start.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
