What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations experience in a leadership capacity.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.

Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.

Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance.
Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*

Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations.

Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Customer Service
Communicate repair needs, progress, and recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Support on-site service calls and field repairs when necessary.
Provide equipment care and maintenance advice to customers.
Work Orders & Documentation
Accurately record parts, labor, and service details on all work orders.
Follow company and manufacturer processes for warranty claims and reporting.
Maintain accountability for time and materials used.
Shop & Team Support
Assist with equipment setup, inspections, and preparation for delivery.
Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe.
Properly maintain and use tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety gear.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to meet service deadlines.

Monday to Friday (full-time)

Requirements
Required:
Mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience (agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and procedures.
Basic computer skills for service software and work order entry.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
2+ years as a Service Technician or Mechanic.
Technical certification in diesel technology, agricultural mechanics, or related field.
Experience working with Case IH, AGCO, Fendt, or similar equipment.
Salary Description $20/hr.+
