THE ROLE
Job Overview:
Responsibilities are to be accountable for the overall implementation of the Customer Care Experience with the Woodside Customer. Ensure timely response to all warranty concerns and have a passion for excelling in customer satisfaction. Passion for delivering service levels above customer expectations is a must.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Organizes and prioritizes written lists of warrantable items to be completed.
Works closely with Sales, Purchasing and Construction Teams to ensure the timely and comprehensive follow-up to homeowner specifications and concerns.
Manages warranty cost controls by having a complete knowledge of all scopes of work.
Manages trade accountability, defines Woodside Homes warranty standards for buyers and works with Construction Superintendent on the delivery of completed homes.
Responsible for scheduling subcontractors to make corrections and supervising work of subcontractors.
Verifies work progress and completion of assigned vendor tasks.
Responsible for following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction of warranty preservations.
Assigns accountability for expenses/back charges as based on detailed inspection of work and compliance with Woodside policies and procedures.
Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of customer service or construction experience.
Superior verbal communication skills.
Highly adaptable and extremely quick thinking on their feet.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Reno, NV to Sacramento, CA project.
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and skillfully operating and maintaining construction equipment (cable plows, backhoe, mini excavator, skid steer, rock saw, and other utility construction equipment). This position will be responsible for the safe transportation of materials and equipment. He/she will load and unload equipment and material as needed.
Pay: $27-35/hr base -
Subject to CA an NV Prevailing Wage Rates which may change depending on work location and job duties. Rates can go upwards of $65-74/hr.
Travel: This position will be focused on a project spanning Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. Position Responsibilities
The electrical apprentice is partnered with a licensed journeyman electrician and has on-the-job training (OJT) to become an electrician.
You'll help perform electrical installations of a multifamily and commercial nature.
Learn and perform all scopes of large-scale projects, from distribution to rough in, trim and deck work.
Participate in official apprenticeship program and attend classes as required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
