Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Job Summary
Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares. Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; provides range of motion and passive exercise. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use. Provides assistance/documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate.
Must have good human relations and communication skills. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to follow procedures and instructions given by the licensed nurse, dietary manager, recreational coordinator, and environmental services manager. Must possess a desire to
work with residents in sub-acute care and long term care.
Qualifications

Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Therapist requires a broad and thorough understanding of human behavior, theories of counseling, and psychopathology. The Behavioral Health Therapist may work in a variety of settings, with duties varying by setting:
In a clinic setting (other than primary care), the Behavioral Health Therapist conducts scheduled face-to-face therapy sessions designed to assess and improve patient's emotional, mental, and behavioral health.
In a community setting, the Behavioral Health Therapist provides treatment for patients with severe and persistent mental illness. This may include community-based interventions aimed at improving daily living skills, social skills, and self-regulation skills. The community-based Behavioral Health Therapist serves as a consultant for a multi-disciplinary team to ensure treatment interventions are implemented and that the patient is in compliance with treatment.
In a residential setting, the Behavioral Health Therapist provides treatment for patients requiring a higher level of care than outpatient therapy; however, do not meet the criteria for psychiatric inpatient treatment. Treatment occurs at the residential treatment facility and includes a broad range of duties: assessment and diagnosis, individual and group therapy, development, implementation, and evaluation of therapy programs, and consultation and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
Credentialing through the Allied Health Staff of the organization where you will be working will be required.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required; graduation from an accredited school preferred.
License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Leadership and Operations (Management)
Plan, organize, evaluate and direct the facility's programs and activities with guidelines issued by the organization's Board of Directors.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Provide strong leadership to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain open communication channels with staff, residents, families, and other agencies.
Resident Care and Quality Assurance:
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, meeting their individualized needs and promoting their well-being.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and evaluate resident care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to maintain and enhance the facility's standards of care.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to ICF/DD facilities and ensure compliance in all areas.
Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and surveys, promptly addressing any deficiencies or concerns.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, records, and reports as required by regulatory agencies.
Staff Development and Training:
Consults, collaborates, and delegates responsibility to the department managers to ensure that their assigned duties and departments are being managed effectively concerning overall operations and to assist in correcting problem areas and improving services.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development plans.
Promote continuing education opportunities to enhance staff skills and maintain compliance with licensure requirements.
Counsel and coach personnel while fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
