Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree (engineering degree preferred) or 15 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, or 12-15 years of progressive manufacturing management experience.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may occasionally require hours outside of assigned shift.
Regular and reliable attendance required.
Proven experience of manufacturing processes, technologies, or other relevant areas of responsibility.

Working Environment:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Experience

Certification & Licensure
ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEPT), or AACVPR Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist is required within six months of hire.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved is required. New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
ACLS is preferred.
