Forklift Shop Technician (Mechanical Repairs)

This is NOT a forklift driving job.
This is a hands-on mechanical role where you'll be repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining forklifts and material handling equipment in our shop.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
As a Forklift Shop Technician, you'll work in our Cincinnati shop repairing and maintaining forklift equipment.
This includes:
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Performing repairs on forklifts and rental equipment
Completing work orders and documenting repairs
Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
Assisting with loading/unloading equipment as needed
Supporting general shop and building maintenance
This role is a great fit if you:
Like mechanical work and problem solving
Have experience with tools, engines, machines, or equipment
Want to build a career as a technician or mechanic
This can be a more entry-level role, but you must have:
Basic mechanical skills or experience
Comfort working with tools and equipment
Willingness to learn mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of mechanical or technical experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read diagrams and schematics is a plus
Organized, dependable, and safety-minded
(Automotive, diesel, industrial maintenance, small engine, or similar experience transfers very well to this role.)
Schedule & Location
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
No weekends
Onsite in our Cincinnati, OH warehouse/shop
