ASSOCIATE STATEWIDE MEDICAL DIRECTOR POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Statewide Medical Director (ASMD) is primarily accountable for the quality of medical care provided to patients throughout their assigned region. The ASMD collaborates with the Statewide Medical Director and the Regional Vice Presidents of Operations to develop long lasting client partnerships by delivering safe, efficacious, and cost-effective care.
ASSOCIATE STATEWIDE MEDICAL DIRECTOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
M.D. or D.O. Degree required.
Completion of residency in primary care specialty (Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Public Health or Occupational Medicine) preferred.
Must be board certified to practice medicine.
Must possess and be eligible for a license in the state in which supervisory services are rendered.
Must satisfy all credentialing requirements of VitalCore.
Utilization Management experience.
Must have minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Public Health, or Occupational Medicine.
Current hands-on BLS certification per VitalCore's Credentialing Policy. Experience in healthcare administration preferred.
Current DEA registration.
ASSOCIATE STATEWIDE MEDICAL DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure the provision of comprehensive health care in a region.
Serve as liaison for clinical matters related to on-site, off-site specialty care, emergency department services, and inpatient care.
Provide 24/7 on call back up for site Medical Directors.
Participate in Continuous Quality and Safety Improvement functions, including clinical quality indicators, patient safety chart and site audits.
Adherence to Utilization Management (UM) programs specific to the contract requirements and corporate's UM and clinical policies and procedures.
Attend facilities' meetings as required and requested.
Ensure each facility has the necessary medical equipment and tools to deliver appropriate care.
Assist with the development of medical audit criteria and clinical corrective action
Provide direction and assistance to the on-site quality improvement program, including review of grievances and development of corrective action plans involving patients and staff complaints.
Serve as discussion leader for selected in-service training classes.
Represent the health care program in discussions with local civic groups or visiting officials.
Monitor referrals to outside health care facilities for appropriateness, quality, and continuity of care.
Consult with medical providers in the community to timely resolve issues involving delivery of healthcare services to patients.
Serve as a clinical resource and director to the Site Medical Director and HSAs.
Be available for the staff and clients to expeditiously address any administrative or medical issues.
Provide medical and correctional staff training and education regarding aspects of continuity of care for patients, when requested.
Maintain active credentials required for employment by VitalCore.
Monitor compliance for maintenance of required credentials of all practitioners providing care within their assigned contracts.
Ensure compliance with re-credentialing
Ensure review of patient care information (laboratory results and previous QNXT documents) when managing on site, OPR, ED and IP care.
Sponsor advanced practice clinicians in compliance with the state law for licensure.
Participate in committee meetings as deemed necessary by VitalCore's leadership and its clients.
Assist in screening, interviewing, and evaluating credentials of healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with peer reviews per VitalCore's policies
Demonstrate flexibility when required to maintain stability and responsiveness to the unpredictable challenges in correctional health care delivery.
Have the ability to multitask through various components of the clinical and operational tasks.
Participation and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and clinical and pharmacy initiatives.
Be willing to provide direct patient care when required to meet critical needs and contractual obligations.
Participate in Business Development activities to include client meetings and proposal preparation.
Complete annual Human Resource requirements to include Performance Evaluations and Goal setting.
Perform assignments and duties that are required/requested by the CMO and/or SVP.
Maintain proficiency with all software utilized in the company that is required for the position, specifically for clinical documentation in the designated ERH system.
Attend training and meetings as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Key Functions/Responsibilities: In accordance with the policies, by‑laws, and constitution of the YMCA of Greater Boston, the Health and Wellness Director will support the successful execution of the YMCA of Greater Boston's strategic imperatives to be a charity, partner, and employer of choice for years to come. The healthy living director will create a transformative Y Experience that builds loyal members, energizes employees and volunteers, inspires donors and stimulates growth and innovation.
The Healthy living director will drive success in the following areas of responsibility to support a strong Y Experience:
Performance Achievement: Accountable for the performance of your branch Healthy Living Experience team. Directly responsible for hiring, coaching and managing all direct reports and ensuring compliance with association hiring practices for all positions within their organizational structure. Conducts quarterly connections with direct reports to ensure progress with OKRs, ability to work well with others and discuss career development.
Customer Service and Experience: Create a welcoming environment for members, guiding them to appropriate equipment or programs and sharing expectations with members regarding equipment usage, physical distancing, masks and cleaning.
Direct Service: Primary job responsibility to engage with members through the fitness centers, personal training, group training and teaching classes to assist members on their health journey. Building connections and communities to increase member retention and engagement. The number of direct service hours will be determined by branch needs.
Group Exercise Enrollment, Growth and Experience: Work with Senior Healthy Living Director to collect, track and assess key data to manage branch group exercise offerings and schedules in order to maximize group exercise participation.
Customer Service and Experience: Train, coach, conduct reality checks and hold staff accountable to exemplary service to members, program participants and their parents across all programs. Respond immediately to net‑promoter feedback and concerns.
Fiscal Management: Develop an annual budget according to association instructions and ensures successful execution of the plan. Work with all direct reports to identify growth opportunities, forecast on a monthly basis, and correct financial deficiencies in a timely manner.
Operational Effectiveness: Ensure YMCA of Greater Boston's standards of excellence around scheduling, cleanliness and safety are met. Communicate and elevate any safety concerns, facility or equipment maintenance issues to appropriate team members.
Member Engagement: Lead branch team to execute regular engagement events, in person and/or virtual. Utilize the YMCA of Greater Boston app and wearables to increase participation and help members achieve their personal goals.
Marketing and Community Engagement: Represent and promote Healthy Living Programs and Membership in the community and at events. Actively drive internal marketing efforts to promote group exercise, challenges in the app, and cross‑promotion of other programs through member interactions and communications.
Collaboration: Work in a collaborative manner with other departments and association leadership.

Education/Experience:
Active, nationally accredited group exercise certification

Duties

Manage the SOX auditors in the assigned region and ensure all SOX testing for 404, ITACs, key reports are completed timely. This may require testing them as well.
Assist in development of comprehensive (ERM) risk management framework/strategy to facilitate identification, measurement, control and monitoring of key risk activities.
Assist in preparing risk assessments and annual audit plans including preparing SOX materiality calculations for all regions.
Collect and analyze data, conduct interviews and document, summarize, and assist the senior members in the Audit team during scoping, planning and during audits.
Conduct data analytical audits including B/S and P&L reviews and prepare audit work papers and draft audit reports detailing the audit findings and recommendations. Formulate recommendations to management to correct deficiencies and improve controls. Work as a business partner with the management team without impeding independence.
Identify, recommend and implement the necessary improvements to accounting policies/procedures, internal business controls and to help improve overall business efficiency.
Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution, and report writing skills is required.
This position may be rotated with the SOX EMEA lead position to ensure department is well-rounded.

Assistant Project Manager- Position Overview
Auburn Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Assistant Project Manager to play a key supporting role in the successful execution of construction projects. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager, the APM is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing documentation, supporting subcontractor relationships, and maintaining effective communication across teams. This position requires proactive leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while representing the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Act as point of contact for Owners, Owner's Project Managers (OPMs), and Design Team members.
Facilitate and contribute to weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors, design professionals, and ownership teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
Assist in managing project costs and change orders; prepare financial reports for internal and client meetings.
Oversee and guide document control processes, including RFIs, submittals, material tracking, and meeting documentation.
Maintain proactive communication with subcontractors regarding scheduling, submittals, and material delivery expectations.
Monitor the execution of subcontracts and confirm that insurance certificates are current and compliant before work begins.
Coordinate with the Project Scheduler to maintain and distribute the master project schedule with input from the Superintendent and broader project team.
Support issue resolution efforts related to RFIs, field challenges, and quality control, keeping project goals for budget, quality, and timelines in focus.
Manage project closeout by overseeing checklists, ensuring delivery of all closeout documentation (as-builts, O&Ms, warranties, test reports), and working closely with the design team and owner for final handover.
Assist in the financial closeout process with subcontractors and the owner.
Manage the punch list process in Procore, ensuring timely distribution and resolution of outstanding work items.
Assist with field coordination, confirming work completion, and maintaining a clear record of open items.
Participate in site walks and compile observation reports; track design team reports and facilitate resolutions to open issues.
Conduct regular safety walks in collaboration with field staff and safety personnel, documenting findings and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management or a similar role preferred.
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred.
Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore (preferred), and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of change management and cost control processes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing presentations.

This is a builder's role-not a vendor management seat. The Director of Technology & Systems will be the single-threaded owner of the company's systems environment and will report directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Include:
Architect and own the end-to-end systems ecosystem with Salesforce as the core platform.
Design and implement workflows supporting sales, operations, marketing, reporting, and finance.
Serve as the internal Salesforce product owner, personally building automations, flows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
Expand Salesforce beyond a traditional CRM into a true operating system for the business.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to build scalable systems in fast-growing, founder-led environments. Builder mentality with urgency, ownership, and bias toward execution.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where little exists.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range of $165,000-$180,000.
