The Principal Clerk provides critical administrative and clerical support for various departments within the WHA. Tasks include providing exceptional customer service to residents and staff, processing paperwork, drafting letters and documents, calculating and/or recertifying rents, organizing and managing files, making copies, answering telephone calls, and compiling data and information. Specific daily tasks will depend on the department to which the Principal Clerk is assigned. However, all departments require a Principal Clerk to have a pleasant demeanor, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good computer and basic math skills. Overview:
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring and collaborating with Project Managers to oversee and supervise the overall performance of select demolition, LGMF and drywall, taping and painting, specialties, millwork, casework, and finish carpentry scopes of work. Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall Focus:
Work with Operations leadership team to set the business direction and strategy for interior finishes scopes of work including select demolition, LGMF and drywall, taping and painting, specialties, millwork, casework, and finish carpentry.
Oversee execution of the goals as outlined in the group's business plan; develop portions of business plan for roll up into consolidated division business plan
Develop divisional expertise, serve as sector expert; share market knowledge with leadership and division
Ensure corporate vision and strategies are communicated to Project Managers by their teams
Work Acquisition and Client Management:
Lead work acquisition team in pursuits
Identify and cultivate new client relationships; develop relationships with, and have the pulse of, existing clients
Direct the strategy and content of group proposals and/or presentations
Recommend operational improvements to the General Manager.
Ensure client satisfaction through formal informal (client interaction, community events, etc.) channels

ability to connect with visitors. Guides are frequently exposed to adverse weather conditions including extreme
heat, cold, wetness and humidity and are required to get on and off the Trolley multiple times during each tour.
The Liberty Ride runs multiple times a day and on multiple days throughout the week, including weekends,
from April through October. Each tour is 90 minutes long. This position may have additional opportunities for
working private charter tours when available, which may operate outside of the typical tour season.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

a cash register and bagging customer purchases, which require eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
Hours: The Visitors Center is open daily, seven days a week throughout the year excluding Thanksgiving,
Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Shifts are typically split between the morning and afternoon.
