The Principal Clerk provides critical administrative and clerical support for various departments within the WHA. Tasks include providing exceptional customer service to residents and staff, processing paperwork, drafting letters and documents, calculating and/or recertifying rents, organizing and managing files, making copies, answering telephone calls, and compiling data and information. Specific daily tasks will depend on the department to which the Principal Clerk is assigned. However, all departments require a Principal Clerk to have a pleasant demeanor, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good computer and basic math skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are preferred. This is a unionized, full-time, fully-benefitted, onsite position in Worcester, MA (not remote). EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Under the direction of the Head Golf Course Ranger, the position assists in the enforcement of golf course rules, regulations, and operational policies to effectively move players around the course. The position will be an ambassador of goodwill, through friendly and equitable enforcement of rules. This position will monitor all players on the course by checking all registration receipts, monitoring the pace of play, ensuring proper rotation and upkeep of golf carts, and informing players of breaches in course rules and regulations. Other responsibilities may include opening and closing operations and assisting with driving range monitoring, stocking and ball collections. The anticipated schedule will be approximately 4 days per week throughout the season.

Monitor and rotate all necessary golf carts from storage area & lock storage areas for daily use and at the end of the day
Enforce golf course rules and regulations
Ensure golf carts are cleared of trash and checked for appropriate fuel levels

Unlock front gate in the morning and lock gate at night once parking area has cleared
Coordinate weekly repair and maintenance schedule of golf carts
Mark and define course and play-restricted areas as needed
Understand golf course schedule of events

Assist in training and answering questions of ranger staff
Spread hospitality and good will to all that play at Green Hill Golf Course

Job Description
HRP Associates, Inc., a multidisciplinary environmental and engineering consulting firm, is seeking a mid-senior level Environmental Consultant with direct experience in Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) sites. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on technical leadership responsibilities. You will support and manage complex environmental investigation and remediation projects, working closely with clients, regulators, and internal project teams.
This is an immediate, full-time opportunity based in our Plymouth, MA office.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support environmental investigation and remediation projects with a strong focus on MGP sites
Develop and implement site investigation strategies, sampling plans, and remedial approaches
Prepare technical reports, work plans, proposals, and regulatory submittals
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field staff
Conduct fieldwork as needed, including oversight of drilling, sampling, and remediation activities
Serve as a technical resource for junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
Direct experience working on Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) sites is required
5 to 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
Strong understanding of site investigation methods, remediation technologies, and regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
Professional licensure (PE, PG, LSP, LEP, etc.) is a plus but not required
