What Does A Work Director Do At Wells Fargo

* Leading and managing the activities and operations of the team
* Proactively developing clear and consistent communication, practices and procedures that lead to improved effectiveness, and promote efficiency and overall team cohesiveness
* Overseeing quality control processes and assisting with managing resources and budgets
* Providing direction, motivation, coaching and accountability measures to managers, operators and contingent staff which result in high productivity and quality service for internal and external business partners
* Also responsible for or participating in:
* Developing and supervising team members, including decisions relative to performance reviews, performance improvement, discipline, terminations, salary actions, etc.

What Does A Work Director Do At American Nurses Association

* 1. Develops and implements the strategic plan for the NPWE consistent withthe ANA strategic plan.
* Prepares, monitors and provides forecasting information related tobudget(s) required for department activities, including grant funds whereneeded.
* Increases the visibility of ANA as a leader in nursing practice,ethics, health, safety, and positive work environments.
* Partners with other ANA departments to develop programs, products andservices of value to ANA members.
* Develops and maintains a strong relationship, both internally andexternally, related to NPWE scope of work.
* Research, prepare and present posters, oral presentations, reports,articles or other communications for ANA, CSNA internal or external events toallow visibility and advancement of goals.
* Directsstaff including, but not limited to, hiring, orienting, evaluating,implementing performance improvement plans, and separating, as needed; providesdirection for staff to ensure efficiency and timeliness of meeting goalswhile assisting to establish priorities; incorporates the essential elementsof a positive work environment and high-performing team into daily operationsto support and enhance team work; provides coaching and mentoring to staffoffering both positive feedback and opportunities for improvement on anongoing basis; provides opportunities for staff to participate inprofessional development offerings to enhance their growth and contributionsto ANA.
