This role supports the assembly of lighting inverter units while meeting production goals and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy.Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler is responsible for building frames and assembling electrical components, ensuring all units are built to print specifications and customer requirements.What You'll Be DoingAs an Electrical Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
Building assemblies from start to finish according to print specifications
Laying out and physically mounting devices to assemblies
Performing electrical wiring, stripping, lugging, and measuring wires
Installing and wiring circuit boards and assembling small electrical components on panels
Wiring components on panels and installing completed panels into framed units
Completing final cabinet wiring by installing panels, routing and harnessing wires, and stripping wiring as needed
Performing OHM testing on panels to ensure assemblies meet specifications
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics with assistance from electricians
Following work orders to safely produce required quantities within specifications
Completing and maintaining all required production and quality documentation
In addition, you will perform other duties and projects as assigned and maintain a clean, organized work area.What We're Looking ForQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment
Ability to read instructions and safely operate tools and equipment

What You'll Be Doing
As a Large Format Digital Printer Operator, your responsibilities will include:• Operating EFI Vutek and Durst large-format UV printers, including 10' wide machines capable of printing on rigid and roll substrates
• Running UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printing equipment
• Managing digital print equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality
• Using RIP software to set up and run production jobs
• Feeding printers with various substrates and materials
• Performing daily, weekly, and scheduled printer maintenance including ink levels, lubrication, filter changes, and cleaning
• Troubleshooting and identifying printer malfunctions
• Working with the Graphics Department to coordinate production schedules
• Organizing and staging print materials for efficient workflow
• Inspecting finished products for quality before moving them to the next department
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards
• Staying productive during work hours and following company policies
• Assisting with other production-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
• Experience operating large-format digital printers or similar industrial machinery preferred
• Familiarity with EFI Vutek and/or Durst UV printers is a strong plus
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn print and RIP software
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of color management and quality control preferred
Physical Requirements:
