What You'll Be Doing:As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a slitter machine and supporting production operations. Your core responsibilities may include: Reviewing work instructions to determine machine adjustments and material requirements Operating a Slitter Machine to slit-to-width based on customer specifications (can train if needed, but experience is a plus) Removing scrap and emptying hoppers as needed Assisting the packager as needed to band material according to customer requirements Cleaning and maintaining housekeeping of the MBL area What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: The #1 most important factor will be showing up for work and on time!
