Preceding Evolve, Jim held various management and senior management positions at PeopleSoft. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Jim launched the company’s European operations, created the professional services organization, and was ultimately responsible for approximately $400 million in revenue. Jim began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.
