Aneel Bhusri (born February 14, 1966) is an American business executive. He is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Workday. He is also a partner at Greylock Partners and was a member of Intel's board of directors between 2014 and 2019.

Jim Bozzini is chief operating officer (COO) at Workday and has global responsibility for ensuring the operational excellence of Workday’s business processes and practices, overseeing Workday’s business innovation office in addition to the global professional services and business technology organizations.

Since joining Workday in 2007, Jim has served in various leadership roles, most recently as the executive vice president of customer operations. Before Workday, Jim was COO at Evolve Software where he was responsible for sales, marketing, product development, and services. Preceding Evolve, Jim held various management and senior management positions at PeopleSoft. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Jim launched the company’s European operations, created the professional services organization, and was ultimately responsible for approximately $400 million in revenue. Jim began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.
