About the Role
Here at Workday, our AccountExecutives are key players in our Field Sales organization. Our Customer Base sales team uses their extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Workday Solutions within Workday's existing customers. About You
Basic Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
•8+ years experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once
•8+ years experience managing 18+ month long sales cycles end to end and nurturing the relationship throughout
•8+ years experience forming relationships at the executive level within both existing and new business units; while sharing Workday value propositions
Other Qualifications:
•Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
•Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
•Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term territory management

About the Role:
