    AWS is seeking a Sales Operations Lead, to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the Global Consulting Partner organization, focused on our Global Strategic Partners (GSP). This role is crucial in leading and scaling mission-critical frameworks, including goal setting, key initiatives, business reviews, and data analysis, to inform strategic recommendations in a rapidly growing, complex environment. The Sales Operations Lead will work closely with GSP leadership and cross-functional teams to responsibly implement and optimize AI-driven tools and workflows that augment the sales organization's productivity and effectiveness. Key job responsibilities 1. Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics, including KPI definitions and goal cascades, to support operational effectiveness. 2. Develops and manages pipeline qualification, attribution, to ensure proper distribution, and resolves attribution escalations to ensure accurate financial reporting. 3. Orchestrates AI-human collaboration in the sales process, and manages and optimizes AI sales intelligence tools and automated customer/partner interaction systems 4. Maintains sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting 5. Implements sales workflows and automation to streamline process and improve seller efficiency 6. Conducts sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversion rates, goal attainment, and/or forecast accuracy to identify potential risks. 8. Prepares and drives regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency. 9. Acts as primary point of contact to resolve stakeholders' requests and execute daily operational processes. 10. About the role: The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the local HSE program/s and assist with data entry work. Ensure that all tasks are performed on time, as required by the HSE Accountability Matrix and the HSE Monthly/Annual Assignments List. Deliver Induction training to new employee/new function employee on their first day at ALS or as per Training Matrix requirements. Deliver monthly HSE training to all employees as per Training Matrix requirements and pre-made training materials. Deliver one TBT per week, and no more than two per week. Maintain Training Matrix 100% accurate at all times. Provide requested documentation of HSE Flash Audits within 24 hours or within the requested time frame, and assist with ALS corporate audits. Lead and maintain record keeping of JHSEC Meetings. Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) current. Conduct weekly inspections of hazardous wastes, and monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signs, spill response kits, and First Aid kits. Conduct and/or assist Lab Manager with Quarterly Inspections, including safety showers and eyewash stations. Develop and submit U.S. EPCRA Report 311/312. Assist the HSE Manager to develop and maintain tools to implement the HSE Foundation Standards. Tools may include: Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Disaster Management Plan (DMP), Chemical Hygiene Plan (CHP), Risk Assessments (RAs), Job Hazard Safety Assessment (JHSAs), Chemical Inventory, Site Hazardous Waste Management Plan, and Site LOTO Management Plan. Upload and maintain current records of internal and external inspections, fire drills, RAs, JHSAs, licenses, First Aiders, pre-qualified contractors, incident reports, investigations, and root cause analyses. Assist the HSE Manager to develop, implement and maintain site specific Risk Assessments for manual handling at individual workstations (e.g. safety cans, lift assist devices, connections to equipment, and integration into SOPs and additional training). Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses and work with Lab Manager and Regional HSE Manager to find and implement corrective actions within the prescribed amount of time included in the Incident Report database. The Opportunity GAINS is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to lead strategic pipeline generation, amplify our go-to-market motions, and accelerate new logo acquisition. In this role, you will own the development of high-value outbound strategies, oversee qualification excellence, and partner cross-functionally to drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product, ensuring our demand-generation efforts align with market needs and revenue goals. This role is ideal for a highly skilled business development leader who can balance hands-on execution with strategic insight-regularly engaging C-level prospects, strengthening our ABM approach, and guiding junior BDRs in best-in-class prospecting practices. What You'll Do * Lead strategic outbound pipeline generation programs targeting GAINS' highest-value accounts and industry segments. * Engage executive-level prospects across email, phone, social, and events to build meaningful relationships and create new business opportunities. * Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), prioritize target accounts, and develop account-level pursuit plans. * Drive and enhance Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with Marketing, ensuring multi-threaded engagement and tailored value messaging. * Oversee the qualification and nurturing process for inbound and outbound leads, as well as early stage deals, ensuring consistency, rigor, and alignment with sales methodology as well as increasing pipeline conversion. * Mentor and guide junior BDRs, sharing best practices, refining processes, and leading training sessions on prospecting tactics and messaging. * Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to refine GTM positioning, improve lead quality, and strengthen market intelligence. * Support field sales teams by identifying expansion opportunities, accelerating deal cycles, and enabling deeper executive engagement. * Maintain accurate Salesforce and Pardot data to support forecasting, TAM analytics, territory planning, and performance reporting. * Act as a feedback loop from the market-providing insights on buyer behavior, competitive trends, messaging performance, and new opportunity areas. Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in business development, account development, or sales roles within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in supply chain planning. * Proven success building and executing outbound programs targeting enterprise or strategic accounts. * Experience engaging and influencing VP- and C-suite stakeholders. * A strong understanding of enterprise business processes and how they map to SaaS platform capabilities. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive-presence skills. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams. * Experience mentoring or coaching BDRs or SDRs is highly preferred. * Expertise with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools.
