About the Team The Enterprise Planning & Performance team acts as the connective tissue linking all functions to work towards a shared set of priorities. About the Role We are seeking an experienced leader to support our Enterprise Operations, the central nervous system for our company's executive operating rhythm. This role will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the integrated systems and processes that seamlessly connect corporate strategy, annual planning, performance and day-to-day decision-making. Job Responsibilities The goal of this role is to enable the executive team to operate with optimal efficiency, clarity and alignment. Driving agile decision making and accountability. Executive Governance and Accountability: Operating Rhythm: Execute and drive meeting governance and preparation for key Executive Committee meetings in partnership with the Enterprise Operations Director. Action & Outcome Accountability: Facilitate, document and drive timely follow-through of Executive Committee decisions and actions, ensuring clarity on ownership and deadlines. Strategic Alignment: Design and manage the central Executive Decision Log, explicitly mapping critical decisions back to SGOs to maintain company wide alignment. Standardization and Ecosystem Management: Process Excellence: Drive consistency, standardization and continuous improvement across all executive reporting, processes, and governance frameworks. Artifacts & Knowledge Hub: Maintain and curate the company's core ecosystem of strategic artifacts related to the overarching Executive Committee Operating Rhythm. Ensure they are current, accessible and the single source of truth. Strategic Communication and Cross-Functional Liaison: Stakeholder Communication Strategy: Proactive communication strategy that ensures relevant stakeholders are informed of Executive Committee meeting outcomes, decisions and action items in a timely manner. Cross Functional Support: Connect across functional leaders, facilitating collaboration and alignment. Focus on achieving company priorities while championing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and efficiency--with a focus on liaising with the annual planning cycle team, the product organization and the finance organization. Executive Content: Prepare and deliver executive level presentations and communications. Innovation and Enablement: Future of Operations: Actively explore, champion, and drive the enablement of AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency, insight, and scalability of the Executive Operating Rhythm and supporting processes. About You Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in strategic and operations types of roles within enterprise environments. 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or product operations Experience influencing decisions with the ability to bring complex information into clear, data-driven narratives. Other Qualifications: Ability to lead cross-functional alignment across multiple departments and teams. Proven ability to lead meeting facilitation effectively for large and complex meetings. Proven proactive thinking skills by anticipating strategic challenges and developing contingency plans for programs. Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and managing expectations at various levels. Solid understanding of strategic alignment and the ability to ensure programs directly contribute to and support organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
