The Return to Work Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks within a range of RTW disciplines, with a strong emphasis placed on employee communication and intervention. The role will support both the Return to Work Manager and Return to Work & Workplace Specialist in program implementation. The Return to Work Coordinator plays a key role in the engagement of the transitional work population, the documentation of offer letters and communication, and overall mitigation of lost time cases.
Responsibilities Include
+ Administer leave of absence within TESLA's leave portal and process returns as needed
