As a key member of the leadership team the Vice President, Tech Bridge will oversee 4 primary processes: (1) Program design and implementation, (2) team and program management, (3) grant management and fiscal oversight; and (4) build and deepen partnerships

Program Design and Implementation

  • Develop and codify program elements, strategies, metrics and outcomes
  • Utilize labor market and employer data to develop programming
  • Develop systems for quality improvement and data informed programming; including ensuring fidelity of program implementation
  • Engage stakeholders, including partners, participants, staff and employers to provide feedback

Team and Program Management

  • Deliver on an interdisciplinary program model that combines workforce development, support services and technical skills training
  • Supervise, coach and develop a team to provide quality service in fast paced, outcome oriented program
  • Maintain and exceed programmatic goals for a variety of performance based contracts
  • Tackling operational challenges (e.g. troubleshooting facilities challenges, maintaining and submitting site related compliance documentation)
  • Attends to and builds a team culture that supports the organization’s mission and values

Grant Management and Fiscal Oversight

  • Manages grants and ensures all contract deliverables are met and correctly reported to the appropriate funding partners
  • In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer, manage programmatic budget

Build and Deepen Partnerships

  • Cultivate and manage institutional partnerships, including day-to-day communication and collaboration
  • In collaboration with Goodwill’s employment team, establish a system for communication, data sharing, and feedback loops to inform program improvements
  • Act as liaison with both government and private funders, as well as community partners
  • Leverage and deepen relationships with employers, advanced training and educational institutions
