ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Director will demonstrate a strategic mindset and an ownership mentality, effectively guiding and directing others to enhance the growth and viability of the territory. This role will drive the overall Sales strategy, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring the successful execution of all Sales initiatives within the assigned territory. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of sales experience with enterprise software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets, and managing and growing key accounts.
Prior experience in correctly qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecasting.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this role is eligible to earn commissions.

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Analyst & Team Lead with Experience developing system solutions to complex and challenging DoD problems. The Senior Technical Analyst & Team Lead will facilitate execution and oversees all support services. This position is located in the Washington D.C./Virginia area.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or analytical discipline
Ten (10) or more years demonstrating the required skills
Experience in technology management, program management, or test & evaluation. Experience shall include a minimum of five (5) years in the following areas:
S&T systems acquisition or weapon system acquisition program management.
Experience in Program Planning, Annual Concept Development and Execution, Activity Reporting, Continuous Improvement, and Shaping DoD Policy to Enhance Capabilities
Experience in Concept Development; Technology Outreach, Linking Technologies to Military Requirements, Assessing Technologies, Assessing Potential Operational Impact, Funding Recommendations and Coordination, Annual Proposal Assessment, Integration and Duplication Assessment, System Engineering, Technical Analysis, and Transition Support, and International Agreements.
Experience in Project Management and Execution Support: Oversight of Prototypes and Demonstrations, Project Analysis and Program Management Support; Preparation and Coordination of Project Documentation; Preparation and Participation in Program Reviews, Supporting Financial Management Planning and Execution Reviews, Transition, Collaboration, and S&T Feedback, Project Status Updates, Information Exchange with Foreign Partners
Experience in Information Management: Data Products and Process Improvement, Graphics Support, Maintenance of Historical Program Data; Short-Notice Response, Maintenance of Historical Meeting Records, Decision Support Project-Tracking Tools
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers
Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities
AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION WITH THE ABILITY TO RECEIVE A TS/SCI CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Must be in compliance of working at a Government Facility, all Contractor personnel must adhere to Government guidance found at ***************************** .
Be able to travel around the National Capital Region (NCR) to include travel to and from the Pentagon and other Government facilities within the Washington DC area. Additional travel needs may arise outside of the NCR and CONUS when required.

Project Management Professional Certification
Experience with operating within the Pentagon/OSD, Military Service or Defense Agency staff, and/or Joint Staff environment, Test and evaluation responsibility at a major DoD facility or test range level, DoD Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution (PPBE)
Experience interfacing with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results is highly desired.
