The contractor shall develop and maintain a Configuration Management Plan to establish baselines, policies and procedures, configuration controls The contractor shall establish and conduct configuration control board weekly meetings to place documentation, policies and procedures under configuration control. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain software tools and subsystems in support of software reuse and domain analyses. As an Application Engineer you will utilize formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to manage software development and support activities. You will estimate development costs and schedules, review existing programs for improvements, and formulate specifications for software applications.
