Pros of working at Working Solutions
The training is exceptional for an independent Contractor and the support from management seems to be exceptional at first.
Cons of working at Working Solutions
Not everything as it seems in the beginning. The contract states that the client expects 20 hours but as long as I have been here never received 20 hours at the schedule drop and you compete for hours with an oversaturated number of Independent Contractors.

Interview was pretty simple and straightforward. Not much preperation.
How does your compensation at Working Solutions compare to the industry average?
Pay per minute of talk time and you do get plenty of talk time at least in my program but the per minute talk time is low but offers incentives each month.
