    All in all, leadership is focused on building great teams that build great products. Through active participation, individual development, two-way communication and conflict resolution, the teams are challenged and actively involved in the company.

    Leadership is always quick to admit their mistakes, while also taking calculated risks to challenge the status quo. They encourage team members to use their voices to ask questions and bring up ideas and concerns. The leaders are very vulnerable to the team and are always open about difficult issues.
