Marty is the president and chief executive officer of Workiva Inc., a $350 million cloud-based software technology company with an open, intelligent, and intuitive platform that simplifies complex work for global organizations. As CEO, Marty is focused on developing the company’s vision and award-winning culture, which nurtures an innovative workplace enabling customers to confidently move their businesses forward. He has over 30 years of experience in scaling software companies from start-ups to private and public global enterprises.

Jeffrey Trom is an Exec VP/CTO/Co-Founder at WORKIVA INC and Managing Director at WORKIVA INC and is based in Ames, Iowa. He has worked as VP/CTO at Engineering Animation Inc. Jeffrey works or has worked as PRESIDENT at Middle Creek Montessori. He attended University of Iowa and Iowa State University between 1985 and 1990.

In her previous role, Ms. Klindt served as Chief Accounting Officer and was responsible for Workiva’s global corporate accounting, tax strategy, treasury, procurement and enterprise risk management. Her career spans more than 20 years of extensive experience in financial management and business leadership. Prior to joining Workiva in 2008, she held finance and accounting positions at Wells Fargo Financial, CitiMortgage and Principal Residential Mortgage.

Iskow was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ:MDSO), a leading technology and data platform for life sciences. She was responsible for developing and executing Medidata’s technology strategy and leading the teams that design, develop, deliver and support the company’s platform of cloud-based solutions, data analytics and AI capabilities. Iskow also serves on the Board of Directors of Vocera Communications (NYSE:VCRA).

Brandon Ziegler is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Workiva.

Previously, Mr. Ziegler served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary at Medidata Solutions, a leading technology and data platform for life sciences. He brings to Workiva over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, M&A, securities, venture financing, commercial negotiation, privacy and international law.
