Lively work environment. Everyone is usually pretty friendly.

Low pay, bad benefits, no PTO, long hours, management at Branson location is terrible. There can be a lot of drama with show cast and there have been a lot of accidents happen here. Management tends to hire anyone and everyone for jobs they may or may not be qualified for and it shows.

1 day leave for your birthday, and discounts at a lot of local attractions

This used to be a good place to work for locals. I used to recommend this job to friends and family now I would tell them to run away as fast as possible.

The management of the call center treat the employees terrible. They both will belittle a staff member in front of others without thinking twice. It used to be an enjoyable place to work. Since they have taken over the call center more and more employees have quit due to the poor working conditions. They tell you if you don’t like it you can quit. Since when did this kind of management become a part of the Dolly Parton Stampedes way of treating employees that are faithful and dependable employees. I am pretty sure Dolly Parton would be appalled at this kind of treatment. Maybe someone should tell her. Danielle in HR discriminates against employees especially the gay and lesbian community. Wonder what the media do with this kind of information. Maybe someone should do an unannounced visit to check out how this area is being run before you lose a lot of good workers.
