About this PositionThe Operations Processor 1 verifies information on Policy Change Forms (PCF), Contract Changes (CC), Backend Change Forms (BEC), Pre-Authorized Checking Forms (NBP) and Money Requirement Forms (MRN) for accuracy and then processes the requests as specified on the document. He or she must ensure the accuracy of signatures, dates and other vital information for State Compliance requirements. All Agent information must be validated as being correct and that appropriate licenses are active within the compliance guidelines. He or she must also perform research to complete certain tasks, correct deficient files, and perform basic accounting as needed.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00a - 4:00p
Training for this position is onsite and once training is completed, this will be a hybrid role.

About this Position
The Software Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing testing and verification of software solutions developed at Primerica. The ideal candidate is highly technical and has a proven commitment to quality with a solid understanding of testing concepts, practices and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Serve as a hands-on leader, driving quality assurance across web, mobile (iOS & Android), API, mainframe and database, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and secure..
* Define and execute a forward-looking QA strategy that supports modernization initiatives (cloud migrations, mobile framework upgrades, re-platforming) while maintaining stability in legacy systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology/engineering, information technology, or equivalent discipline required
* 10+ years of progressive QA experience in enterprise-scale environments, with consistent hands-on involvement in testing.
* 5+ years in a QA management role, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct contribution.
* Strong experience in web, mainframe, API, mobile QA (iOS & Android), including devices, simulators/emulators, and cloud-based test platforms.

The Distribution Worker is an entry-level position that performs the role of order-pulling in order to fulfill daily production quotas. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Generate sales through cold calls, pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Develop and implement sales strategies and account development plans to build a meaningful and executable pipeline of opportunities necessary to exceed monthly and annual goals through systematic sales touches with both existing and prospective accounts.
Oversee the entire sales cycle including account management, closing new prospective opportunities, building rapport, and educating both prospects and existing customers on our solutions and our competitive advantages.
Prepare clear and effective written ROI and RFP proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
Serve as key liaison between clients and production to create a seamless workflow.
Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Primerica internal support functions and departments.
Create and maintain accurate and timely records of all customer and prospect interactions.
Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
Follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on departments or company compliance.
Follow up with customers on past due accounts receivable when necessary.
Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
6-10 years experience with commercial printing required
Knowledge of Commercial printing sales, products and services preferred.
Must possess strong communication, presentation, problem identification, and solution skills.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and time management skills.

About this Position
The Cash Room Clerk processes all incoming receipts into the various systems and perform cash disbursement duties. This position also serves as a back-up in all areas of the department.

* Prepares and verifies receipts or maintenance reports to ensure accuracy.
* Reviews images for clarity and understands how to troubleshoot the system when images are not clear. Verifies that client agent information is present and correct.
* Utilizes system to obtain missing information.
* Returns funds to sender if identification cannot be accomplished.
* Ensures cash is logged and balanced appropriate documentation.
* Verifies overnight packages documentation and contents, ensure these are processed within the same day.
* Verifies documentations is accurate and appropriate for various types of disbursements.
* Agrees actual disbursements to Workday, Life 70 and Power-to-Pay registers and coordinates resolution of differences.
* Coordinates resolution of non-deliverable items. Coordinates special handling of disbursements with various areas.
* Verifies check register & sign off approvals
* Verifies information for processing of void and stop payments of disbursements.
* Prints cash disbursements for mailing
* Perform various administrative and customer service- related duties.
* Log incoming checks, overnight packages and letters.
* Identify and escalate issues when necessary and appropriate and work with relevant team members to resolve issues.
* Maintain orderly and clear work areas, including all machines, tables, cabinets and storage areas.

About this Position
The IT Voice Engineer position will assist with supporting our current Unified Communications Platform, supporting our end users and maintaining all related documentation. About this PositionThe Securities Compliance Department of two Broker-Dealers and Registered Investment Adviser has an opening for a compliance professional or an attorney to join a team of Compliance Attorneys, Compliance Officers and Compliance Analysts. The Information Security Engineering Analyst is an integral part of the IS Engineering team. About this PositionThe Cash Room Clerk processes all incoming receipts into the various systems and perform cash disbursement duties. This position also serves as a back-up in all areas of the department.
This is an 100% onsite position at our corporate office in Duluth, Georgia.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $39K - $41K
Candidates must live in Metro Atlanta Area

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares and verifies receipts or maintenance reports to ensure accuracy.
Reviews images for clarity and understands how to troubleshoot the system when images are not clear. Verifies that client agent information is present and correct.
Utilizes system to obtain missing information.
Returns funds to sender if identification cannot be accomplished.
Ensures cash is logged and balanced appropriate documentation.
Verifies overnight packages documentation and contents, ensure these are processed within the same day.
Verifies documentations is accurate and appropriate for various types of disbursements.
Agrees actual disbursements to Workday, Life 70 and Power-to-Pay registers and coordinates resolution of differences.
Coordinates resolution of non-deliverable items. Coordinates special handling of disbursements with various areas.
Verifies check register & sign off approvals
Verifies information for processing of void and stop payments of disbursements.
Prints cash disbursements for mailing
Perform various administrative and customer service- related duties.
Log incoming checks, overnight packages and letters.
Identify and escalate issues when necessary and appropriate and work with relevant team members to resolve issues.
Maintain orderly and clear work areas, including all machines, tables, cabinets and storage areas.
Required Qualifications
Experience in cash receipts representative and/or cash disbursements or equivalent business experience
Ability to quickly learn new functions, manage multiple priorities, and switch gears as required
Successful completion of testing and evaluation for every operational aspect of the team
Ability to perform 10 Key by touch, 10,000 KPH
Excellent PC skills
Ability to consistently follow established methods and procedures and
Ability to work under daily deadline pressure
Ability to work overtime as required
Microsoft Office - Word and Excel, intermediate to advanced
Basic Accounting knowledge
Knowledge of Life Insurance and Securities practices, a plus
Knowledge of Primerica, Agency Compensation systems, a plus
Knowledge of automated remittance processing, a plus
Knowledge of Primerica Front End Applications, a plus
Basic Understanding of Internal Controls, a plus
