Michael Kasbar is President and Chief Executive Officer of World Fuel Services Corporation and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Kasbar assumed his current role in 2012. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for driving the company's aggressive acquisition strategy and quest for operational excellence. He joined World Fuel Services in 1995 as Director and Chief Executive Officer of the marine segment. Prior to joining the company, Kasbar and his partner, Paul Stebbins, co-founded Trans-Tec Services, Inc., a global marine fuel services company acquired by World Fuel Services in 1995. Kasbar began his career in the energy industry in 1978 as a marine fuel broker in New York. In 1983, he started Gray Bunkering Services, a marine fuel and lubricants company. Kasbar received a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He currently serves as a member of the Business Roundtable.Â

Ira Birns is executive vice president and chief financial officer of World Fuel Services Corporation. Birns is responsible for the executive leadership of the company's financial organization including M&A planning and analysis, tax, treasury, controllership, internal audit and investor relations. Prior to World Fuel, Birns served as vice president and treasurer and vice president of investor relations for Arrow Electronics, Inc., a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and computer products. He is also the past Chairman of the Board of the Association for Finance Professionals which serves a global network of more than 16,000 finance and treasury professionals. Birns holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University and is a certified public accountant as well as a certified treasury professional.

Jeff Smith is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at World Fuel Services Corporation.

With more than thirty years of corporate experience, Mr. Smith brings to World Fuel Services extensive operational and management experience in driving global transformation to complex operating models.

Mr. Smith most recently served as Chief Information Officer of International Business Machines Corporation from August 2014 through May 2017, where he was responsible for managing all front and back office systems and support for multiple domains including digital, supply chain, manufacturing, financial, and application services.

Mr. Smith has also led both information technology and corporate business strategy in his roles as Chief Information Officer or Chief Executive Officer of large complex organizations in telecommunications, technology and financial services, including Suncorp Business Services, Telstra Corporation and Honeywell.

Wade DeClaris is a Chief Commercial Officer at WORLD FUEL SERVICES CORP.

Amy Abraham is a SVP Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer at WORLD FUEL SERVICES CORP and is based in Miami, Florida.
