Position Summary
The WORLD Internship Program is a 10-week program aimed to develop a bench of talented professionals who will be able to join us after college graduation. The program will provide you with a broad understanding of the insurance brokerage cycle from identifying and properly marketing risks, building a service timeline, implementing service requests, and working through a renewal. You will support the development of positive relationships with clients and teammates by providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.

Qualifications
Must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university or college and graduating in May 2027 or December 2026. (Graduates and students enrolled in Insurance and Risk Management programs strongly preferred)
Must be willing to work onsite, M-F between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (we do not offer remote internships)
Prior customer support experience preferred.
Possess strong organization / administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members. Self-motivated and driven.
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

The Agricultural Insurance Internship is a partnership between five different departments within Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies. While you will be hired into one space, you will go through rotational Wednesdays, where you spend each Wednesday within one of the five departments listed in the Agricultura Insurance Internship.

Assist PPCD departments with planning Advisory/Task Force meetings and provide on-site assistance.
Assist PPCD staff with efforts and/or research for ongoing or new programs/issues such as but not limited to: the value of membership based on legislative/regulatory success, the Michigan Manure Hauler Certification Program, environmental permitting program impacts, timely conservation and environmental policy issues. This may include specific project(s) for the intern to complete.
Assist with reviewing material related to policy, conservation, legislation, and politics on Michigan Farm Bureau's Website and offer recommendations for improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must be currently enrolled at a college or university and have declared a major course of study moving closer to (or working toward) graduation.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Risk Modeling Intern will join Global Atlantic's New York-based Risk organization for an immersive 10-week summer internship experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intern will work closely with other members of the risk team
Assist and get exposure to liability modeling in R3S (formerly known as IBM's Algo Financial Modeler) for building out liability models for new products or new institutional deals
Help with identifying risks embedded in different liabilities by stressing insurance / liability assumptions / market conditions
Assist enhancement of the risk modelling's production infrastructure and help automate/improve the production reporting
Conduct static and dynamic validations
Collaborate with different functional teams such as Valuation, Product Development, Institutional business
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Exceptional analytical abilities and the eagerness to learn
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
Experience with SAS, Python, VBA or other programming preferred
Understanding of Insurance products and Actuarial Science knowledge preferred
Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects and communicate to different stakeholders
Ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, exciting, and fast-paced environment

Global Atlantic's Intern Salary is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The Intern Salary is based on an annual rate and will be pro-rated for the 10 weeks of employment. Intern Salary is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for interns. The Intern Salary for this role is $110,000.

Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Actuarial Intern to join our Life Product & Risk team!
This is a paid internship and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week during the summer months. Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
Our internship program is designed for individuals who are enrolled in an accredited college/university before the start of the summer internship. Candidates should be seeking a degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate and assist the team with the development of our internal risk and governance tool
* Assist with product testing
* Create and maintain various reports within the department
* Assist with competitive intelligence reporting
* May be called upon to handle other duties as required to support Life Product, Risk & Data team.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in Mathematics, Finance, or Actuarial Science program
* Proficient Microsoft Excel and Access skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Actuarial exam experience not required but preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Institutional Risk Intern will be part of KKR Insurance's Institutional business located in New York, participating in an immersive 10-week summer actuarial internship. The position is within an eight-person team focused on evaluating liability risks related to reinsurance and acquisition opportunities within the global Life and Annuity sector. The team works collaboratively with various actuarial groups -including modeling, US valuation, and Bermuda reporting - and provides guidance on the integration of newly acquired business.
RESPONSIBILITES
Support liability modeling in R3S, contributing to reinsurance deal pricing and financial analysis.
Analyze data to identify and explain complex risks associated with different liability structures.
Build and oversee automated tools designed to monitor the business health of ongoing transactions.
Collaborate broadly within the Institutional business, and with teams such as Risk, Actuarial, Finance, and Investments.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
