Explore creative solutions to meet client needs effectively Review Exposures, Forms, Terms, and Conditions: Carefully review all quoted exposures, forms, terms, and conditions as they are received to ensure they meet client needs. Provide Quote Comparisons and Proposals: Prepare and present quote comparisons to the Service Team and/or Advisor to support decision-making. Generate a professional final proposal with the best recommendation(s) for the client Create schematics for shared/layered programs Bind Orders: Finalize and complete bind orders once terms are agreed upon. Review binder and invoices for accuracy. Teamwork Act as a collaborative member of the Agency to ensure superior service to all MMA clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Attend Insurance Placement Team meetings as appropriate Collaborate with producers/account managers and other placement colleagues on market strategy for accounts Communicate the status of the Insurance Placement process and daily correspondence between the company, account executive, client, and producer Build and maintain strong working relationships within the insurance market Participate in carrier meetings to stay informed about current market conditions and appetites Treat clients, prospects, and company employees with courtesy and respect. PROJECT DESCRIPTION As a summer intern in the Corporate Marketing Department, you will work on a project to support our marketing strategy utilizing data analytics. Your project will focus on compiling data from different platforms (social media, website analytics, email campaigns, and reviews) to build and design an interactive Power BI dashboard. You will also work closely with the marketing team to share valuable data insights. This opportunity will give you hands-on experience with Power BI and trend analysis, while having a lasting impact on Tower Hill's marketing strategy.
