Key Responsibilities 90% Development and implementation of courses that support the goals and philosophies of the Adventure Leadership Institute. The instructor is responsible for the creation of all elements necessary to the successful running of ALI courses, including but not limited to lesson plans, learning outcomes, and teaching aids. These duties may also include the planning and executing of field experiences as a part of assigned courses. The instructor will evaluate students based on stated learning outcomes and provide coaching and remediation of skills as necessary.
