WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
PhD preferred (or Master's with 8+ years of experience) in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
Deep understanding of statistical modeling, meta-analysis methodology, and evidence synthesis techniques relevant to post-market and real-world evidence (RWE) applications.
Strong background in NLP, and AI principles, with a focus on LLMs, prompt engineering, and information extraction from scientific text.

Basic Requirements
•Demonstrated experience navigating complex defense regulatory environments, military procurement processes, or government contracting will be strongly preferred.
• Completion of secondary school (or equivalent qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant sales, business development, or account management role
• Proven success in selling MANET, wireless communications, or tactical radio technologies.
• Strong track record in military, defense, or public safety sales environments.

Job Description
Working with customer resources to support the management of GIS data maintenance for various Motorola Solutions Inc. products. Including but not limited to installation of ESRI software, creating and administering models and scripts, data creation and manipulation, and providing first line GIS data support as customer liaison to Motorola Solutions Inc. deployment, support and development teams. They would be heavily engaged throughout the life cycle of the contract and would be responsible for providing updates to the teams based on customer changes.
Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate experience with ESRI applications and GIS data management principles.
Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software applications, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, cached mapping services, ArcGIS Online applications
Knowledge of cartographic mapping principles and geospatial processes and applications relating to public safety applications.
Knowledge of Python scripting language
Public Safety GIS knowledge preferred.
Identify, develop and uphold data workflows for varying complexity of GIS data needs.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to successfully meet deadlines
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to product quality.
Knowledge of standard office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to successfully resolve conflicts and work as a member of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting remote GIS and potentially on-site as needed, configuration, setup and maintenance of GIS data.
Coordinating customer (agency) information between MSI and the customer resources
Manage communication with customer contact(s) related to the overall project schedule and maintenance
Completing department and project required reports and documentation within set standards
Presents training using a variety of classroom training methods, including lecture, PowerPoint, flip charts, on-line projection, etc.
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
Target Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD
