May participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support. Job Description Monitors and maintains the data center infrastructure and systems, including servers, storage, and network equipment, and oversees the installation and decommission of devices. Reports on the physical infrastructure, including cooling, humidity, and power. Direct and mentors Data Center staff on technical aspects of their daily work. Provides leadership for small to medium projects. Basic Storage Area Network knowledge, required. Experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco UCS hardware, required. Experience designing and implementing data center environments including power, cooling, rack layouts, and cable management, required.
