A Brief Overview
Production Technicians I perform tasks related to building and cabling racks as well as cabinets, or communication equipment. Basic installation of equipment in racking, demonstrating the ability to follow rack elevation and documentation for work completion. Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision or training. Will need to validate the physical and systematic processing of material while being able to record quality transactions representing work as well as physical audit of equipment and accessories. This position reports to a Production Supervisor.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Job Responsibilities
* Perform labeling based on customer requirements
* Knowledge on the proper use of basic manual and power tools
* Troubleshoot installation of hardware
* Route and manage basic copper, fiber cables, and AC/DC power runs where applicable
* Read and understand basic wiring diagrams and installation instructions
* Create and apply device and cable labels for a specific and limited amount of equipment

**What will you be doing?**

**What is the ATC?**
Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is like no other testing and research lab. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.
**What will you be doing?**
As a Validation Architect, you will play a dynamic role interfacing with many teams through the Advanced Technology Center (ATC). You will lead project intake, discovery, scoping, and business development for Proofs of Concepts (POCs) and Lab Hosting opportunities requested for the Lab Services Organization. Your role will involve a high-level understanding of a broad range of technologies related to emerging AI technologies, compute and storage, data center and software defined networking, and enterprise security solutions. You'll need to navigate complex lab environments encompassing AI technologies network, compute, storage, application load-balancing, and security components. The Validation Architect is the key technical resource assisting account teams with artifact gathering and creating a clear scope of work for the lab services teams. This includes developing High-Level Diagrams, Bills of Material (BOMs), Test Plans, and Pricing Guide Estimates.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. **Project Scoping and Validation:**
2. Lead project intake, discovery, scoping, and business development for Proofs of Concepts (POCs) and Lab Hosting opportunities.
3. Gather critical information to define success criteria during the scoping phase, including Level of Effort (LOE), funding mechanism, project milestones, timelines, and build specifications.
4. Create and maintain new and existing process documentation, leading the intake process for the ATC.
5. Capture and document critical business detail for each project, such as financials, funding strategies, probabilities, and opportunity details.
6. **Artifact Creation and Analysis:**
7. Assist account teams with gathering artifacts, including High-Level Diagrams, Bills of Material (BOMs), Test Plans, and Pricing Guide Estimates.
8. Create a clear scope of work for the lab services teams based on gathered artifacts.
9. **Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:**
10. Engage with ATC Lab Services Team and technical/non-technical teams to ensure the best product delivery to stakeholders and customers.
11. Foster improved relationship management between customers, WWT Account Teams, and ATC Technical stakeholders by showcasing ATC Product Offerings and identifying key deliverables.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

**What will you be doing?**
The emphasis of this role is to be the technical sales-partnered lead and enhance our strategic selling capabilities and innovation capabilities across advanced cross-discipline security architectures.
This position requires a technical leader who is adept at selling, can speak to broad security frameworks and ensure comprehensive relevance of cybersecurity across all technological domains.
The Regional Field Chief Technology Officer (Regional Field CTO) will be partnered with our security sellers in a region (vertical, geography or both) and be responsible for supporting cybersecurity sales in the region as the cross-domain technical subject matter expert, drive the development and implementation of innovative security solutions and fostering collaboration across various disciplines (such as Datacenter, Digital, AI, Collaboration and other teams) to solve patterns of cybersecurity problems that emerge during WWT's customer engagements.
This role will also involve guiding the organization in adapting to emerging security trends and technologies, ensuring that our security strategies remain at the forefront of the industry.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Partner with the specialist security sellers and be the technical expert for the cybersecurity domain.
+ Lead and enhance partnered selling strategies across advanced cross-discipline security architectures.
+ Support the WWT GS&A Cyber Practices by presenting their material and capabilities to customers and partners.
+ Develop innovative solutions with the portfolio available in the WWT GS&A Cyber Practices.
+ Support our Emerging Vendor practice with technical evaluations and GTM guidance.
+ Serve as a Strategist and Evangelist for security strategies at conferences and public events, promoting WWT's leadership in security innovation.
+ Collaborate with the Advanced Technology Center (WWT labs) to drive innovation and integration of emerging technologies into holistic security frameworks and guide cyber strategy for WWT's customers when operating in the ATC environment.
+ Partner with the Cyber Range Team to consult on, perform validation of customer offerings and provide feedback to the Cyber Range Team.
+ Engage with WWT teams, solutions architects, partners/vendors, and professional services organizations to drive large and complex sales opportunities to successful closure.
+ Act as a strategic leader and advisor, providing mentorship and guidance to technical teams across the organization.
+ Establish and promote thought leadership within WWT and the broader industry, demonstrating expertise in both technical and business aspects of security.
+ Support WWT core sales teams by providing strategic insights and guidance as needed.
+ Present and discuss complex security strategies with engineers/architects and brief executive audiences on strategic initiatives.
+ Represent WWT at tradeshows, technology events, and customer presentations, showcasing our strategic vision and capabilities.
+ Author strategic content for the digital platform, highlighting WWT's innovative security solutions and thought leadership.
+ Contribute to practice development and strategic planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Lead the development of new practice solutions and service offerings, integrating cross-discipline security strategies.
+ Nurture and maintain strategic relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and innovation.
+ Interact with other architects, providing strategic guidance on customer engagements and participating in an internal community of subject matter experts.
+ Develop field enablement materials to educate teams on designing secure, multi-vendor security architectures that align with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
+ 10+ Years of progressive technical experience in cyber security.
+ Experience in a pre-sales role, advising on a broad array of critical cyber security architectural disciplines.
+ Demonstrates experience and knowledge of cybersecurity threats and controls.
+ Identity & Access (Entra): Deep understanding of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), PIM, Identity Governance, and Verified ID.
+ Threat Protection (Defender XDR): Expert knowledge of Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365.
+ Cloud Security (Azure & Multi-Cloud): Proficiency in Defender for Cloud, Azure Network Security, and securing multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
+ SIEM & SOAR (Sentinel): Architecting Sentinel workspaces, KQL querying, and Logic App automation for SOAR.
+ Compliance & Privacy (Purview): Experience with Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.
