We are seeking a versatile and reliable Class A CDL Driver / Shop Technician to join our team. This dual-role position involves driving company vehicles to transport goods and materials, as well as performing hands-on work in the shop to maintain and repair equipment. When not on the road, the individual will assist with valve testing, maintenance, and repairs, and support the overall operations of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
Safely operate company vehicles, including long-haul and short-haul transport, in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Ensure timely delivery of goods/materials to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe and operational.
Maintain accurate logs, including hours of service, fuel records, and other transportation-related documentation.
Ensure cargo is properly secured during transport.
Shop Technician Responsibilities:
Perform pressure and functional testing of valves to ensure they meet required specifications.
Tear down and rebuild valves as needed for repairs and maintenance.
Maintain test equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, gauges, hoses, and other related machinery.
Use chart recorders, measurements, and test equipment to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
Verify gage calibration and operate test equipment for accurate testing and maintenance.
Monitor controls and instruments during testing and document precise test data, preparing test reports as required.
Operate torque equipment and forklift within the shop.
Pressure wash equipment and materials as needed.
Ensure all work is done in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Assist with shop inventory, ensuring tools and parts are available for use.
Perform other duties as required or prescribed in both the shop and driving roles.
Requirements:
Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
High School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn shop tasks (valve testing, maintenance, etc.).
Ability to operate hand tools, test equipment, torque equipment, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to perform both driving and shop tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a shop or performing mechanical repairs is a plus.
Knowledge of valve testing and repair is preferred but not required.
Forklift certification is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to help modernize and improve our machining operations. Develop and maintain offline N/C programs using CAD/CAM software for CNC turning and machining centers.

Qualifications:

Experience with conversational programming and upgrading legacy machines.
Experience creating offline CNC programs compatible with Fanuc, Siemens, and Haas controllers, including post-processing for different machine platforms.
Familiarity with Hexagon software or similar automated programming platforms.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tool paths, and G-code.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting into the Global Operations Finance Controller, the individual is a key member of the US Operations Management Team, having overall responsibility for all US operational finance processes, as well as supporting the Global Manufacturing Director for Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
Ensure the US Operations Management Teams are provided monthly financial results and financial insight discussed in monthly financial review meetings that enable them to focus on decision making to maximize labor utilization, control costs & the impact to trading profit.
Overall responsibility for all US Operations financial planning processes (monthly reforecasts of critical data and budgets), including the engagement of the key operations stakeholders.
Robust and consistent cost control through oversight of the standard costing structure applied across the facilities with clear understanding of monthly variances giving rise to under/over absorption within Operations.
In conjunction with Regional and US Operations Management support the US inventory reduction plan and work with each facility to improve variances of performance against the plan.
Manage annual standard cost update process that is more complex and time consuming than SAP. Ensure updated standard costs are completed and approved by end of the fiscal year and the update to production is completed by end of the 2nd week of new fiscal year.
Ensure proper collaboration with Mexico Shared Service team that supports activities directly impacting US monthly financial reporting that drives accurate data and targeted completion deadlines for reporting.
Manage and develop the US Operations Finance Teams.
Business Strategy:
Finance business partner to the Global Manufacturing Director of Americas - providing financial insight and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making. Collaborating regularly to engage on projects/performance and the alignment on how information is communicated to the Operational teams.
Oversight of finance relationships with Operations Management of all ten operational facilities with a greater emphasis on the Pasadena and Morton Grove facilities given the size and volume of activity that takes place in these two sites. (US financials only).
Ensure the regular review of all aspects of the manufacturing and assembly operations to monitor KPI's to drive performance and identify areas requiring greater focus.

Qualifications

Previous experience repairing CNC machines is needed.
