We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Elastomers team at our Northwest Houston facility. The role focuses on quality control, compliance, and manufacturing support for rubber seals used in RAM and annular BOPs, following API and ISO quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage NCRs; follow up on dispositions. Oversee manufacturing-related quality requirements for elastomer molding, inspection, assembly, and testing. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with API 16A, ISO 9001, ASME, and related standards. Review inspection reports and verify product conformance. Create and manage TPI POs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Conduct contract reviews and hold kickoff meetings with customers and TPIs. Monitor job packet completion and ensure full final traceability prior to assembly. Coordinate customer and TPI involvement for assembly and testing. Witness hydrostatic testing and review test charts. Maintain calibration logs; coordinate external calibrations as required. Investigate customer complaints and support corrective and preventive actions. Perform internal audits to ensure readiness for API and ISO re-certification audits. Develop and maintain a quality management system (QMS) to ensure successful API and ISO audits. Conduct supplier audits and support vendor-quality issues. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of quality engineering experience in oil & gas; elastomer/polymers experience preferred. Experience working in an API 16A or ISO 9001 environment. Familiarity with API, ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM standards. Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessment, and CAPA. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Strong documentation and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Analyst with expertise in Transfer Pricing ("TP") to join our global tax team. This role will focus on supporting compliance, planning, and documentation related to intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of OECD guidelines, and experience working in a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Documentation * Prepare TP documentation in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines * Assist in preparing Country-by-Country reports and Master/Local files Planning & Analysis * Support TP planning initiatives, including value chain analysis and intercompany pricing strategies * Valuation preparation Audit & Controversy Support * Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries related to transfer pricing * Collaborate with advisors to resolve disputes Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of TP policies Process Improvement * Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and leverage technology for efficiency You are meant for this job if you have: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree in Tax or Economics and/or professional certification (CPA, CVA, etc.) strongly preferred. * Experience: * 3-5 years of experience in transfer pricing within a Big Four firm or multinational corporation. * Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, and local transfer pricing regulations. * Experience with tax audits focused on transfer pricing issues. * Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Strong reconciliation, data manipulation, analytical and problem solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Skills Technical Research Technical Writing Communication Skills and Abilities Financial Analysis Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
