Early in his career, Sanjay realized that - although he could write code - he was better at helping people use it. That’s why, as a customer-driven CEO, he is determined to deliver Commvault solutions that impact the business and lives of our customers. Sanjay joins Commvault from the software maker Puppet, where he served as CEO for more than two years. During his tenure at Puppet, he grew the user base of Puppet’s open source and commercial solutions to more than 40,000 companies, including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. He grew Puppet’s global presence, opening new offices in Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Timisoara, Romania. Prior to that, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, VMware and EMC Corp. As a “global citizen,” Sanjay’s move to Commvault’s New Jersey headquarters is a return to his roots. He has family in the New Jersey area and is on the board of directors at Drew University, his alma mater. In addition to his board role at Drew, where he studied computer science and math, he serves on the boards of Datameer, Portland Center Stage and Puppet. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. A father of two adult daughters, he recognizes and supports the importance of diversity in the workplace. He is also a “ridiculously passionate” fan of cricket - which is a source of good-natured teasing from his daughters.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the technology services sector, Kevin has been a change leader with a track record of leading significant business transformations. He is a passionate advocate for employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and believes that people and culture are a key differentiator in business. Prior to joining Rackspace, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of MV Transportation where he and his team achieved the highest revenue in the company’s history, increased new business sales by 440% and achieved record levels of profitability. He also held global leadership roles at EDS, Dell, HPE (roles before and after the company split in 2014) and DXC. He has consistently driven double-digit revenue growth and profitability throughout his career. Most recently, Kevin was named to the Business Journals’ “Influencers: People We’re Watching in 2020.” Kevin received his BBA from James Madison University and serves as a board member for Rackspace and Mood Media. He is an avid tennis player, triathlete, golfer, runner, husband and father of two boys. Pete McChrystal is a President and CEO at Accent Technologies and is based in Melbourne, Florida. He has worked as Infantry Officer at United States Army. Pete attended West Point-United States Military Academy between 1980 and 1984.

Alon is leading Qwilt's strategic direction, culture and business execution bringing over fifteen years of experience with multi-national high-tech companies and start-ups. Most recently at Cisco, Alon oversaw the development and operations of the Service Control Engine (SCE) product line with responsibility for more than 50 employees across few geographical sites. Alon joined Cisco following the $200M acquisition of P-Cube, where he was part of the early team that was able to define and successfully deploy a new product category at over 1000 customers over the years. Earlier in his career, Alon held engineering roles at Seabridge (Nokia Siemens Networks). Alon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA (Multi-Disciplinary) at the Leon Recanati School in Tel Aviv University.
