Incentive Compensation & Target Setting: Partnering with Sales and Client Services leadership, Finance, and People Operations to model, and manage commission plans and incentive structures. Utilizing business acumen to work closely with client teams to identify and fully understand business needs, campaign performance objectives, and opportunities to grow the relationship and client investments.
