In this role, he was responsible for the finance, accounting, operations, and technology functions. Previously, from 2002 to 2010, Jonathan was chief financial officer at W.R. Hambrecht + Co., where he led the finance and accounting functions of the parent company and operating subsidiaries, and also concurrently served as the chief operating officer from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in senior positions at Bank of America and Ernst & Young.
