Curt R. Hartman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CONMED Corporation. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of CONMED on March 1, 2014, assumed the Interim CEO role on July 22, 2014, and became the full-time President and CEO on November 9, 2014. Prior to CONMED, he had a twenty-two-year career at Stryker Corporation (“Stryker”), a publicly-traded large-cap medical device company, from 1990 through February 2013. During his tenure with Stryker, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from February 2012 to October 2012 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 to October 2012. Mr. Hartman initially joined Stryker as a Manufacturing Engineer. He subsequently held roles of increasing responsibility to include Unit Supervisor, Production Unit Manager, Director of Information Technology, National Accounts Director and Vice President, General Manager, and Global President of the Instruments Division. Mr. Hartman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and holds a Harvard AMP Program Certificate from Harvard Business School. He also has completed the Stryker Advanced Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Hartman currently serves on the Board of Veran Medical Technologies, a venture-backed medical technology company.

Mr. Shawn P. McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in medical devices, including more than a decade with Cordis, Johnson & Johnson. He held a variety of sales and marketing management roles with increasing responsibility, leading to the Worldwide Vice President of Marketing for the Cardiology, Endovascular, and Neurovascular business units. Most recently, Mr. McCarthy was the SVP and General Manager for AngioDynamics, leading the company’s Vascular and Oncology Surgery business units.

Kariena Greiten serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of WNS-HealthHelp. In this role, Kariena is responsible for the strategic direction and profitable growth of WNS-HealthHelp. Most recently, Kariena was Chief Product Officer for Magellan Healthcare, where she led the product strategy for the medical specialty business, delivering solutions for health plans, health systems and employers. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development and of Strategic Planning and Control for CIGNA Health Services, where she was instrumental in developing strategies for the specialty healthcare and workers compensation businesses. Previous to her healthcare career, Kariena was Chief Financial Officer for TyMetrix, an early-stage technology company serving the P&C market and as Vice President with the Bank of America, facilitating equity and debt financing for the technology and financial services industries. Kariena has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colby College and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
