DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content production: Support the development of compelling and informative communications products for ITU leadership, including but not limited to speeches, talking points, op-ed articles, video messages, and press statements. Workflow management: Use project management software to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all stages of the speechwriting process, from logging initial requests to seeking requisite approvals. Job DescriptionDescription:
The RFP Writer is responsible for managing and producing high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFls), and related documents. This role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and leadership to create persuasive, accurate, and compliant proposal content that showcases the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Review and analyze RFP/RFI requirements, ensuring all submission criteria and deadlines are met.
Develop, write, and edit proposal responses, tailoring content to client needs and organizational strengths.
Collaborate with SMEs, sales, and business development teams to gather technical, operational, and financial information.
Maintain a centralized proposal content library with updated company information, case studies, and boilerplate responses.
Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with company branding, style, and messaging standards.
Coordinate proposal timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
Support continuous improvement of the RFP process by developing templates, style guides, and process documentation.
Conduct final reviews to ensure proposals are polished, persuasive, and error-free.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, or technical writing (industry specific experience preferred).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Experience and Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, or similar).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and proposal best practices is a plus.

The 2025 Northwoods League Organization of the Year, Green Bay Rockers are searching for the next Rockstar! The 2023 and 2025 Northwoods League Champions, play at Capital Credit Union Park in the shadows of Lambeau Field. Capital Credit Union Park opened on May 31st, 2019, and has hosts over 400 events each year. The playing surface is completely artificial turf, providing the versatility to host multiple events on the same day. While the playing surface is being used, groups are also able to host indoor events year-round in the TDS Club that overlooks the facility. In addition to operating Capital Credit Union Park, the Green Bay Rockers oversee F&B at University of Wisconsin Green Bay, St. Norbert's College, Cornerstone Community Ice Center and Impact Sports Academy Facility.
As a Video Editing/Motion Graphics Intern, you will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Production in creating a unique fan atmosphere through the use of our Videoboard, Soundboard, and Northwoods League TV ,not all required are Graphic Design, Photo/Video Editing, Technical Directing, Replay Operations, and Camera Operations and setup. Job Duties:- Produce and direct the video webcast for each home game- Camera operator and technical director; including training as needed- Create postgame highlight package for every home game on NorthwoodsTV and other social media channels- Must be knowledgeable with editing software such as Adobe Suite and other video software (such as YouTube)- Collaborate with Marketing Department to create creative/unique video content to be used on the team's website, videoboard, and social media accounts- Create commercials to be used for marketing and in-game use - Responsible for setup and takedown of video equipment each game day- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain all video production equipment- May be asked to attend player/mascot/organization appearances in the community for promotional content- Responsibilities will also include assisting other departments when requested or needed Skills & Qualifications:- Previous experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in these or other similar video editing software will improve your standing (a portfolio sample of past video editing may be asked for)- Must be a creative thinker with the ability to think of new, fun ideas to improve the fan experience through video- Creative mind set with the ability to think quickly- Excellent communication skill- Upbeat and fun personality
