Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary:
The Customs Brokerage Coordinator supports the customs brokerage team by playing a vital role in ensuring smooth import operations through the accurate and compliant processing of customs entries. This role requires regular interaction with clients, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and internal departments to deliver efficient and reliable service. Position Summary:
The Customs Brokerage Coordinator supports the customs brokerage team by playing a vital role in ensuring smooth import operations through the accurate and compliant processing of customs entries. This role requires regular interaction with clients, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and internal departments to deliver efficient and reliable service. Success in this position is defined by maintaining accuracy, meeting performance KPIs, and continuously developing expertise in customs brokerage best practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customs entries for inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agency (PGA) regulations.
Review and verify shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other required forms.
Maintain communication with clients to provide release updates and address inquiries.
Problem-solve and coordinate with importers, CBP, PGAs to address shipment holds, exams, and other clearance related issues.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Compliance, Transportation and Operations, to ensure timely resolution of shipment issues and adherence to company standards.
Finalize shipment files with billing details and prepare invoices for customs brokerage services.
Meet established KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Desired Skills/Experience:
College degree (Associates or Bachelors) preferred; major/concentration in logistics, supply chain, business, accounting or related field of study
Minimum 2 years of customs brokerage experience required
Working knowledge of CargoWise logistics platform strongly preferred
Comfortable working with large, complex entries subject to FDA and 232

The Sportsbook Ticket Writer (primary position) provides excellent customer service to all guests while creating a fun and welcoming experience within the Sportsbook area. The Sportsbook Ticket Writer must process Sports Betting transactions quickly, accurately and in compliance with all regulatory and payment policies. The Sportsbook Shift Supervisor (secondary position) is responsible for supervising the day-to-day Sportsbook operations. This role will assist the Sportsbook Manager in ensuring the Sportsbook is operating effective and efficiently. This role will ensure staff is knowledgeable and follows company internal controls, policies and procedures. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who have in interest in Sports Betting.
2. Monitor controls designed to assure full compliance with state, federal and tribal regulatory requirements.
3. Maintains betting counters and operational areas; ensures a clean and professional image; ensures betting supplies, racks and materials are maintained and up-to-date.
4. Prepare and stock all the daily sports sheets.
5. Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds and procedures to guests as needed.
6. Provides the services for the Sportsbook by assisting guests, collecting tickets and payments, processing tickets and paying winners.
7. Entering sports betting ticket information into computer terminals.
8. Process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately.
9. Handles money with accuracy, accepts bets, makes change, pays winners and balances cash bank.
10. Ensure that organizational and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
11. Ensure that the department presents a professional and clean environment for both employees and guests.
12. Understand Title 31 requirement, from reporting CTR, SARS and any other paperwork needed.

6. Be able to explain why the line/odds moved and have an understanding of line movement.
7. To be able identify a sharp/wise guy bettor to ensure the Sportsbook is not be taking advantage of.
8. Assist with the execution of marketing promotions and activities in support of guest service.
9. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Previous money-handling experience is required; at least 1 year in a gaming environment is preferred
4. One (1) year of successful supervisory experience preferred.
5. Knowledge of sports teams and games preferred.
6. Previous customer service experience required.
7. Previous clerical/data entry experience is preferred.
8. Basic knowledge of start-up and close-down of cash registers is preferred.
