This is a part-time temporary position. This position will be scheduled approximately 12 - 19 hours per week.
Incumbents perform input and retrieval of fleet maintenance work orders, coordinate with other departments on equipment/vehicle repairs and assists in the planning, assignment, and coordination of vehicle service work. Creates and updates records and maintains files relating to vehicle maintenance, including preventative maintenance and state emissions test information. Performs various clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to preparing reports, creating electronic forms and documents, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, maintaining files, and assisting with purchasing and inventory.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED, and two (2) years experience in the automotive repair industry. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess at time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona driver license. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is preferred.

To create, gather, report, update and edit news content for KTAR.com and KTAR News 92.3. Ensure that all news content on the website is fresh and represents the high standards of the Company. We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualified Customs Entry Agent. As a Customs Entry Agent, you will ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported products while processing separate entries to Custom Border Patrol (US CUSTOMS). You will also compute tariffs (taxes), and price conversions of merchandise imported from foreign destinations. In addition you will also be asked to examine various documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements to obtain release of incoming freight and resolve delays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participates in planning and directing the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations
* Effectively classifies dutiable import/export shipments to ensure compliance with all government agency rules and regulations
* Processes all requests for extensions, expiration, cancellation and all government entries
* Communicates with origin and destination locations regarding shipment status and special handling and delivery processes
* Applies for Import/Export Permits and Certificates of Eligibility
* Maintains open line of communication with department of foreign affairs
* May receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
* Examine online commercial invoices and other documents, to determine the correct Harmonized Tariff Code for each commodity to ensure correct classification
* Knowledge of US Customs Regulations regarding Foreign Trade Agreements, and other duty exemptions
* Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess time management skills
* Process shipments through various online portals for submission to FDA and US Customs to obtain proper clearance
Skills & Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
* Overtime is required
* 1 year experience in transportation or customs preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database and web-based applications
* Good oral and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills; courteous and clear telephone voice
* Proficiency on a 10 key calculator

Job Description
• Work with Client Scrum teams to develop JasperSoft reports for applications being developed by the Scrum teams.
• Attend Scrum Meetings including daily standup meetings, planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives.
• Develop, test and implement JasperSoft reports.
• Develop JasperSoft report standards.
• Convert existing Cognos reports to JasperSoft reports.
• Work with other Software Engineers in identifying and resolving JasperSoft report issues.
• Work with Project Managers to provide estimate of effort for work and progress of work.
• Work with Business Analysts and business users to understand JasperSoft report requirements.
• Work with Quality Assurance and Release Coordinator to transition changes made from development to system test and to production.

Qualifications
Required skills:
