WHAT YOU BRING
Strong portfolio of video, photo, and/or written content.
Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

Ability to manage a content calendar and juggle multiple priorities

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Own the full content process-plan, shoot, edit, and publish across platforms
Produce high-quality video content: home tours, resident stories, team culture, mission moments
Write clear, compelling copy for blogs, social, email campaigns, and web
Maintain and execute a content calendar across Arise Homes and Choice Management channels
Lead shoots and interviews with homeowners of all ages-with an emphasis on young families and first-time buyers
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with real-time business needs
Capture content that reflects the heart of our work and the people we serve
Stay current on content trends and adapt formats to stay relevant and engaging
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Content Creator and Storyteller reports to the Marketing/Sales Manager.
JOB HOURS
40-45 hours per week (8am - 5pm, M-F).
Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.

Essential Functions:

Essential Functions
Writes, reviews, and negotiates contracts, grants, and other sponsored awards. Reviews, assembles, and submits proposals on behalf of the University. Delivers education and guidance to faculty, research staff, departments, and administrators in development of competitive proposals and award administration of projects as well as funding policies, rules, and regulations. Researches and facilitates compliance with University, state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations in the daily operations of the contract and/or grant lifecycle. Advises leadership regarding potential conflicts of interest and time and dispute resolutions. Assists with the production of reports, proposals, and analyses for the University and for federal, state, educational, and other funding and regulatory agencies. Collects and prepares required documentation for proposals and contracts. Develops and reviews budget pertaining to the sponsored awards.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Six (6) years of experience in proposal development, research compliance, contract drafting or related field; every 30 hours of college coursework in accounting, finance, or business can be substituted for one year of experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in negotiation and contract negotiation techniques sufficient to deal with high-level business, industry, scientific and/or government officials or proficiency in proposal and budget development experience.
Computer proficiencies to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and other forms of electronic communication.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Greet customers and initiate the write up process. Determine the customer's needs and convey this information onto the repair order. Must be able to communicate well in order to document enough information to properly diagnose the vehicle. Responsible for providing supporting documents to determine warranty coverage and open campaigns. Document requests by the customer such as determining method of payment, arrangements to pick up or deliver the vehicle, authorizations, purchase order numbers and any other job functions as required. Acquire customer approvals, provide estimates, book & close all service tickets considered as waiters. Assist with closing other repair orders as needed. Answer incoming service phone calls. Maintain product knowledge as the Liaison between the Service Department and the customer.
MARGINAL TASKS:
Must be willing to do other miscellaneous tasks as required by and related to the business.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have good communication skills and the ability to interact well with customers, vendors and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
