Job Description
We're seeking a talented creator to conceive, shoot, and edit high-quality content featuring Cricut both as a brand and an ecosystem of products. This role blends creative storytelling and hands-on video production to build authentic brand content for social (primarily Youtube), paid ads, website, and other support channels.
What You'll Do
Concept & Script: Brainstorm short-and-long form UGC ideas weekly-crafting storyboards, scripts, hooks, captions, and hashtags.
Shoot & Edit: Film DIY-style tutorials, product demos, unboxings with Cricut tools/materials, record on-camera narration or voiceover, and polish content using Davinci Resolve, or similar.
Cross Team Collaboration & Handoff: Align with content marketing teams to deliver content tailored to YouTube and other ad platforms as well as cricut.com to marketing teams to publish and optimize against.
Archive & Asset Management: Organize media files and adapt content for future use. Partner with DAM Manager to ensure files are uploaded, catalogued, and managed appropriately.

Qualifications
1-2 years' experience producing, shooting, and editing UGC or ecommerce video content end-to-end.
Proficiency in short-form storytelling, scripting, and copywriting.
Adobe Creative Suite literate.
Comfortable with professional studio lighting and shooting with Blackmagic/Sony cameras.
Strong video editing skills (Davinci Resolve preferred).
Familiarity with social/ad specs across TikTok, Meta, YouTube platforms.

This role provides hands-on experience in storytelling, branding, and digital content development across multiple platforms. The Content Creator will work closely with marketing, social media, and project teams to produce content that supports outreach, engagement, and project visibility.
* Content Development: Create original content, including written posts, graphics, short videos, and multimedia materials for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional use.
* Storytelling & Messaging: Translate technical or project-based information into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
* Editing & Quality Control: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with e2i's brand voice.
* Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, social media managers, and project teams to gather content and support campaigns.
* Content Planning: Assist with brainstorming content ideas, themes, and content calendars.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with e2i's mission, messaging, and visual identity.
* Creative Innovation: Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to improve engagement and reach.
* Must be a current UVU student.
* Preferred Major: Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, English, Multimedia Production, or a related field (degree-seeking student preferred)
* Creative Skills: Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for digital audiences.
* Multimedia Experience: Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to produce polished content with minimal errors.

How You Will Make an Impact A Reading Truck Equipment (RTE) Outside Service Writer is responsible for creating customer-ready quotations and buildable orders for the Trailer Shop. The Estimator will assist in the sales process through the accurate and expeditious specifying and pricing of product to enable the production of safe, profitable and high-quality work trucks. The Estimator will utilize technical knowledge to meet customer specifications, determine total cost and selling price, and create accurate quotes and work orders. RTE Estimators work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Service Writers, Shop Supervisors, and Engineering.
The Nuts and Bolts
Process all requests for quotes provided by the outside sales team to define equipment cost, freight, sell price and lead time for each opportunity
Research previous build data including actual material, labor, work interruption reports and customer feedback in the creation of quotations
Investigate options for each specification using supplier catalogs, websites, and other sources to verify the cost and lead-time in the quote
Utilize the preferred supplier network to build quotations and contact suppliers directly for price concessions on larger opportunities
Assist the sales department with technical inquiries to facilitate an accurate design for our customers
Communicate directly with customers when required to clarify specifications or explain exceptions to their request
Create a complete bill of material including documented labor hours that ensures an accurate total estimated cost for the job
Develop working relationships with Purchasing and Engineering and involve as appropriate to ensure a smooth flow of information on all bills of material.
Complete quotes in a timely manner, continually updating the system and the sales representative if delays are anticipated
Become adept at all systems required to perform the tasks
Maintain current price and specification data for all key suppliers
Required Credentials
Minimum of three years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a sheet metal, Minimum three (3) years of experience in product estimating, purchasing, or a related field
Engineering, drafting, or operations experience in truck equipment is preferred
Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred
Ability to read and understand truck specifications and engineering drawings
Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment with urgent deadlines
The ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
