POSITION DESCRIPTION Experience in personal injury claims or personal injury litigation - MUST be Bilingual Spanish POSITION REQUIREMENTS 1-2 Years experience in the field of personal injury. Preferred experience in drafting and preparing full demand packages, including bodily injury, property damages, lost wages and present liability arguments. Ability to read, review and analyze medical records, surgical records and medical bills. Ability to explain medical findings, including traumatic brain injuries. Excellent English grammar and writing skills.
